It’s a simple spot; but the atmosphere with the perfectly cooked food, the attentive service, and the Persion music - I felt like royalty.

I don’t take pictures of my food, and I regret that decision in this one. I had gyro, eggplant dip (w my onions grilled), jasmine tea. Presentation was beautiful!
The refill on tea and cookies made me giddy. I expected something that good being a one cup experience (looking at you most coffee shops).

“Simply driving by Bianca's you may be hesitant to stop. It is certainly not in an incredibly nice area. In fact when we visited there were a couple of unhoused individuals sleeping in front of the restaurant. Once upon entering your mindset quickly changes. The decor and environment are intoxicating. It has a festive atmosphere that is warm and inviting.

There was not a hostess, and when we walked in it was a bit awkward as there was no sign and everyone stopped and looked at us. We chose a table and were then greeted by an incredibly sweet young lady who would be our server. There was a slight language barrier and if not for my girlfriend who speaks Spanish I think that we may have had some slight issues during this process.

The menu was robust and the prices were incredibly reasonable. I ordered a Diet Coke, instead of brining a fountain drink, it was an old Christmas themed can (It's almost March: which I thought was adorable and didn't bother me).

The Chips and salsa were great. The queso, was a bit watery, similar to a Ted's. The food arrived promptly and honestly, was spectacular. My girlfriend is a shrewd critic and was impressed.

Aside from some quirks with customer service I found the experience to be very good. Bianca's is a few small adjustments away from being Great!“

“1st I have to say I don’t like pizza. I was sacrificing for my family. I never knew pizza could taste like this. I feel like they should make you take some sort of test before they allow you to eat it, because I definitely did not deserve to eat it! I feel like I got away with something! I only ate 1 piece because I was imagining how depressed I would be going home and not having any left overs. The big problem now is if I eat the last piece, again I won’t have anything. I am considering framing it. Obviously I have lost my mind over this pizza!
2nd the waitress Sierra went above and beyond what I have experienced in a long time. I have a few unusual allergies and she double and triple checked things for me and kept reminding me if I start to feel uncomfortable for any reason let them know. Her section was full but she kept our waters and sodas full and returned to our table often to check on us. I may consider looking for a nearby apartment to be near my new love interest…Summer Corn 🌽“

“There are a few Hideaway Pizza branches around OKC including this place on E 5th Street just across from Stephenson Park in Edmond. They have a fairly large indoor seating area, you can do take-away as well. Opening hours are 11am to 9.30pm daily. Menu is a nice range of pizza choices. You can also build your own custom pizza. They also do some starters, sides and salads commonly served in pizza places. We ordered the large Pepporonipalooza on thin crust. Loaded with pepporonis, savoury sauce and good quality cheese, this was really good pizza and noticeably more than we could finish, resulting in our having to half a handful of slices home to enjoy the following day. This was quite a good pizza experience, one that I'd be happy to return and enjoy again next time in Edmond.“

It was a noontime event, so the food was ready promptly at 11:15am. (I reached out to Ingrid several weeks ago). We had the delicious Family Feast (seven of them) with hummus and pita bread. It was perfect. I highly recommend Zorba's. We go when we are in OKC, and the service is outstanding. Mark and Ingrid were the two people I connected with.“
