Had an issue. There was a power surge and I was waiting for my order for a while. The worker promptly noticed, told me what happened and offered a drink for the wait while assuring me the burgers were not sitting. They just never received the order due to a system issue caused by an outage.Issues will always happen. It’s how you handle it. 10/10 recommend this place for the communication alone and 12/10 for the tasty burgers. Very satisfied. Thank you
This time my friend and I both got the burger with Bleu cheese, bacon and Swiss. The burgers are always amazing here. This place is always really busy especially during peak times but they still get your order out pretty quickly. I love coming here and I always bring my friends and family when they come to town cuz I know that we're going to get a good quality burger here.
