The staff were friendly and got my 4 drink order accurate. Down side was that my frozen coffee was only half frozen. My complaint is for corporate. Every Dunkin I go to does their frozen mocha coffees a little different making it difficult for customers to order drinks the way they prefer. Example: Some stores add chocolate drizzle to the frozen mocha coffees and some dont.
Excellent customer service, as always. There's something contagious about being greeted with a smile, that tends to raise the spirits and brighten even the darkest days... many thanks for that.
