Used mobile ap. Person at com didn’t understand my name. Got cold drink when I expected hot. Barista offered to trade, but I would have had to wait in line to get to parking and go inside.
Granted, this was my first try at using the ap, and the order error could have been user error. Doesn’t excuse the challenge with the com.
