Only offers drive thru, so no atmosphere imo. I ordered online on the app per usual. It took them 5 minutes to help the car in front of me. Then they asked me to wait a moment, which was another 3 to 6 minutes. The car behind me went around me and they finally came back on the speaker so I can tell them my name. They hadn't even started it yet when it was supposed to be ready by the time I finally got up there. It still wasn't finished when I got to the window after 2 other vehicles got their items. One of my drinks wasn't even filled completely. This was the worst experience at any starbucks I've had yet.

NW 36th & N May is absolutely the best in town! The service is wonderful, product always great! But even better, they treat you like family! I know they're franchises but the employees make the difference & this one has the best! I will go out of my way if necessary because they are like only 1 other (NW Expressway & N Independence, absolutely the same wonderful people, service, & product)! I love my mom & pops but will get my coffee no where else! & they treat my dog even better, bonus! ♥️ Chris

I NEVER write reviews about places, especially Starbucks. I just don’t have the time and most of the time I just don’t care enough to write one. So let’s just say me writing this is a big deal. I just had the worst encounter I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks today. I was ordering in the drive thru with a friend (who is a witness to this whole experience) and the people taking my order were snarky, rude, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for simply asking questions about a drink. I was truly in shock at the service we experienced because I have never had that happen to me at a Starbucks. I understand that everyone has bad days and working in a customer service job can be draining and there’s grace for that, but this was unacceptable. It happened over 2 hours ago and I’m still thinking about it. 36th and May, do better.

Faster than usual Starbucks. Does have a pick-up window you can walk up to if you don’t want to go through the drive thru. I’ve found that my drinks see made correctly more often than at other big sites inside Starbucks.
Everytime I order a crème frappe (that does not contain Frappuccino roast) on Uber eats, they send me a drink full of coffee. I’m ordering this for a child so it has to go straight into the trash. I wish the workers here would slow down and learn their menu and make drinks correctly.

I typically order ahead since like most Starbucks the drive thru and parking lot have the worst design. Some stores put a preference on the drive thru and mobile order actually takes longer. This store does a good job of managing both.There is no inside eating or ordering. It is drive thru or walk up only.Parking: The parking is a joke if the drive thru is full.
