I don’t understand how the owner or manager whoever is in charge wants to get rid of their gift cards from Christmas season. We are about to be in the middle of May. How am I supposed to give a gift card with Christmas season on it? Make it make sense ??♀️

Why are my coffees never blended or mixed or shaken to distribute the flavor?? From this location I always get the burnt tasting coffee which I can tolerate which is why I ask for a ton of sugar and flavor shots to mask it but there are times my drink isn't made right and all I taste is the burnt flavor.

Ordered online for pick-up this morning and inside of my iced coffee was a whole plastic lid blended up. When calling the store to get some answers they tried to deflect my complaint, saying, "The iced latte doesn't come with a lid." Well yeah, there shouldn't be a lid blended in my coffee but here we are.

Not a big fan of Dunkin’s food, but their iced coffees are hands down the best! Plus, this location has the best staff. Every single time I’ve been through they’ve always been so friendly and nice.
