I ordered 2 ice coffees. They only gave me one and then told me. I have to get back in line to get my second one. It wasn't even the right order. And the lady lied to me. You have too many kids working there. If I could, I'd go get my money back?Cause the service here is trash

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Scooter’s Coffee, and I won’t be returning. The staff was incredibly rude and acted like customers were an inconvenience. My order was completely wrong, and when I politely pointed it out, they were dismissive and unhelpful.
The coffee itself was awful — bitter, burnt, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The pastries were stale and overpriced for what you get. On top of that, the shop was dirty, with sticky tables and trash overflowing from the bins.
To make matters worse, the drive-thru was painfully slow, even though there weren’t many cars in line. It’s clear that management doesn’t care about quality or customer service. There are plenty of better coffee shops around — save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!

Overpriced dessert to start your day. My grandparent goes here every day for coffee before heading out to her job, which is why I end up here daily. It's all just sugar, man.

So my review is for my experience on 07/15/2024, the drive through girl was such a delight from pulling up to the speaker till i was pulling away, she even offered to take my straw trash for my blender! Which by the way motorcycle riders it was 10 am & my blender was still frozen when I got to work in this heat

Ordered 3 smoothies and all i got was Crushed ice and bit of flavor. Asically 90% was ice not even blended properly and tiny bit of syrup for flavoring. Not worth a penny for the smoothies i got let alone the 6$ for matcha smoothies. Absolutely wast of money and time.
