Every time I try this place it takes so much time to get our food. We went on the first and they took our money and 20 minutes later we asked about our ice cream that they never brought. They said they would bring it now we said we didn’t want it if it was melted and he said he would remake it. We asked for a refund and they said it would be 7-10 days. Never got a refund and they refuse to talk about it.

NEVER go to this location between 4 & 8pm...especially if it is an app order...it will take about an hour to get your order...and they will say they are busy...even though no one is there.

Wednesday, November 20th, 7 pm - service was outstanding. Without ordering on the app, there was hardly any wait time. Impressive being discounted corn dog night. The food and drinks were spot on correct, hot, and fresh. Thank you 39th St. Sonic for such great service.

Hello my name is Xavier and I walked up to stall 29 to order my food it took them about 5 minutes to even take my order and took them about 10 minutes to bring out my food and y'all call this fast food more like slow food I'll not be back if u are in a rush don't come here

The management of this place has to be significantly lacking. I never get my orders on time and because I use the mobile app there’s no recourse since it is a prepaid transaction. My suggestion would be to head to the other sonic a couple miles away even with the longer drive time to get better service.

My sister posted this 3 weeks ago and I had not had time to comment on it or leave my own review for this horrible service there were some details left put about how when she asked the guy and the girl if they were going to help us the young girl was very rude and started making rude comments and the whole time the guy was trying to make the drinks the girl did nothing but cross her arms give us dirty looks and make her lil comments she thought we cld not hear rude comments also my sister was right in her review this food was cold we didn't get any of the sauces ordered for the cheese sticks which were Ice cold and when we finally got some help at the window they had non of the drinks readyim not sure why it showed our ordered being prepared then done and on the way 30 min before this yet non of the drinks were done and they had no idea what drinks we even had to pull up the ticket again and show him what the drinks were and then even after that we still did not get the right drinks but at this point there was no helping they just stood there staring at us it was very awkward I so did not mean to interrupt there plans on another visit to the dumpsters with no trash affair he didn't even attempt to fix the drinks anymore more and when I told him we didn't get the sauces and the that the food was ice cold he just stood there and said nothing was the most horrible and awkward experience I've ever had at sonic and I hope to never experience it again I did paste my sister's review on her as well from 3 weeks ago and I'm going to post a cpl pics of the ticket # 550 from that night so you can see this is not a joke and I hope no one else has to go thru this same experience

Ordered online at this sonic 5 sonic grilled cheese burgers, cheese sticks, and 5 large drinks. Placed order at 9:50pm. Arrived at the sonic at 10:05 pulled into a stall and let them know we arrived we waited for 30 mins. I noticed 2 employees in the back by the dumpster. A male and a female they were laughing and hanging out behind the door that closes the dumpster area. We sat there another 5 mins and attempted to call the restaurant with no answer. We pushed button with no response. We then drove up to the drive thru window the two employees looked at us sitting there and went back to the dumpsters not carring any trash whatsoever. I asked why they were not responding to our several attempts to get our order. One of them the male said the stalls close at 10 and they cannot hear them. We finally got our order and everything was cold and we had to let them know what are drinks were. I don't even want to give one star
