Left above review 2 years ago. Today, there were no beverages, and no ice cream, and no stall ordering. You could've at least put signs up before letting me waste my time and press the button
Update number 2 after 2 years: tried to go through the drive-thru and nobody would take my order so I parked at a stall and I ordered my singular drink and I waited for 10 minutes and ended up just canceling my order and leaving

Waiting 30 minutes for 1 drink was crazy for me. But what really frustrates me the most about this location is they like to shut off certain order boards so you have to guess which one is open at night.. Can I please suggest adding red/green or just green light strips on the outside (like a drive thru bank) so when the employees turn off certain boards, we notice a lot easier than pulling into a stall only to find out it’s off…. Did it 3 times one night before finding an open stall….

I’m actually currently at this location. I placed a mobile order for a mini diet Dr Pepper and a large Coke Zero. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:43. I arrived at 5:40. I’ve been waiting almost 25 MINS for 2 drinks. This is ridiculous. I’ve already paid so I can’t just leave without eating the cost.edit: I ended up leaving. They said people called out and I understand that but 2 drinks should not take almost 30 mins.

Just waited 25 minutes to get three drinks and two corn dogs. WITH 2 upset toddlers in the car who simply wanted a fast snack and drink. We could have drove all the way home and gotten food from a different sonic in less time. They were a little busy but i’ve been to busier sonic’s and gotten bigger orders brought out to me in far less time.

I experienced significant disappointment during my recent visit. After checking in, I waited over 15 minutes while the carhop seemed more interested in socializing with another customer than attending to the other orders. To make matters worse, the person who arrived ten minutes after me received their order first. All I ordered was a simple cheese tot and a water. When my order finally arrived, the tots were lackluster—if only they had been fresher! This experience was far from satisfactory and left me feeling overlooked.

This will be my go to sonic from now on. I will even pass 2 other Sonic’s to get here but it’s worth it to spend my money with people who care about their customers.
I had an issue with another location so I reached out to the manager of this store to ask for some advice. I spoke with Kelvin, the GM. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I was upset with how I was spoken to/treated by the other location, so it was such a relief to reach out to someone who actually seemed to care how I was treated and wanted to fix the issue even when he wasn’t involved. He is what you hope to get when in the rare times you have to speak to a manager.
KELVIN, THANK YOU SO MUCH BROTHER
I will be sure to pass along to all my friends, family and clients to NEVER use the sonic on i40 and Morgan road and to only come here.

This is by far the worst sonic I have ever been to in my life! I waited 35 minutes for a drink and tater tots and when they finally brought it out it was wrong. Again brought a wrong order back out. I asked if I could just get a refund instead and I waited an additional 10 minutes for that before just leaving. Absolutely ridiculous!

I know its a very busy place i understand the wait time may be long even after school going back and i sure it hard to get help the carhop Sara was so nice to me and my son I come back just for the friendly service alone but this place sure works hard to give there best so I notice I want the crew to know good job!!!!

Update: came back after 4 years. Ordered 4 drinks and a corn dog. Currently still waiting for my order and it has been 30 minutes. I see nothing has changed in the 4 years since I last came here.
