I went to this location befor it closed tonight maybe I should have went earlier, ribs wasn’t cooked all the way nd tuff couldn’t eat that and Mac n cheese was overcooked it was mushy brisket had more fat on it then meat ,i seriously need to speak with the owner because for how much I paid is ridiculous for this not to be fixed

I ordered and sat down at a table with my salad and was unable to eat it because staff ignored me for thirty minutes they brought my meal out, and I was finally able to get silverware. By the time I had finished my salad, the meal was cold. I had to wave down someone to get barbecue sauce. Forget getting a refill on my drink. As I was leaving, I saw 4 wait staff sitting in a back room eating ice cream. As someone who worked at Swadley's in 2005, I was saddened by the laziness of the staff. I was the only table in my section that was forgotten.

I ordered food at 9:15am to be ready at 1030am. Got there at 1030 and was told my baked potato wouldn’t be ready for another 10 minutes. I had to be at my son’s school for Christmas lunch and had to cancel my food and didn’t get to eat with my son. What’s the point of ordering ahead?

I had an early lunch with my mom at Swadley’s. The lady that rang me up and the manager very patient in ringing up my order that was difficult to ring up. After the long time it took to put in my order, I asked to use my points to get a free side. Using the points didn’t apply smoothly and held up the checkout process even more. (There wasn’t a line.) The lady that rang me up never got impatient. She was friendly through the entire process. Our server was wonderful.

We use the back room for a business meeting. They have been great! The food has been excellent
Ordered online to pick up curbside. Called the number on the sign at the store and after 32 minutes no one had still answered! Went inside myself to pick up my -now cold and soggy- food that had been ready. No sauces. And how an I supposed to eat mashed potatoes without utensils. Hire more people for the busy times.

Drive thru is where I went, definitely slow but hey the BBQ is just worth it like just come on everyone knows Swadleys. Best place to eat any day of the week or the week end both work well maybe just eat it all the time who knows

Had the burnt ends, I enjoyed them, some of the pieces were a bit large.. the sweet beans were great I wish there were more. Had the crispy okra, apparently the owner prefers his okra close to incinerated, if you order ask for lightly cooked. The tea was good not a lot of flavor. But the best was the roll, very good. Was wanting a baked potato but there is a shortage of sacrificial spuds.
