Have gone the last 2 times to the Rockwell & 38th location. The food has SO MUCH pepper on it any more it’s hard to enjoy. The heavy hand on ribs, potatoes, green beans is just too much. Why can’t you pepper conservatively & your customers can add more if they want that kind of heat? It’s just too much I can’t enjoy the food

I spent $28 on one meal delivered through Uber eats. Why were the burnt ends slathered in sauce? Never had it like that anywhere else. Way too much sauce also.Mac and cheese was good, mashed potatoes had an off taste.Ribs were good.But here's my BIGGEST ISSUE!!! I do not want my food not sealed for delivery it's like I went in an ordered it myself.No sealing whatsoever when someone I don't know is picking up my order. Ugh do better.Uber eats driver was rude and couldn't follow directions which has nothing to do with the restaurant but makes the overall experience not good.Won't order again!
By the gods, it's like the taste and flavor gods of bbq and meat bestowed upon this place their blessing. I brought the food in my car and was instantly drooling from the smell that oozed out of the bag I could not touch, basically mocking me till I got home. I wasted no time opening the treasure trove and scarfing my face. The flavor was phenomenal,meat tender juicy. I cried tears of joy. My cats which have had no interest in ribs I've eaten before, were drawn to the forbidden meats and begged at my feet for a taste. I obliged and was met with happy meowing and the licking of chops. I ate all the food before taking a picture but it looked beautiful too.

Got there around 12:30-12:45 on Thursday and they were busy. The special of the day was a pulled pork sandwich with one side. I got okra. I decided not to get any free pickles, jalapeños and onion but I did get their hot bbq sauce. The meat was tender and I felt like there was a lot on it for $10.99. Okra was good, swadleys always seems like they fry their okra extra crispy. Got the free soft serve and it was good also. Cashier and servers were great and restaurant was clean.

Over the past year me and my family have eaten swadleys on a regular basis (all online ordering for Pickup). Today me and my family decided to experience dine in and the food quality was way worse than it has ever been. I always get the smoked chicken salad and today there was a wadded up napkin disguised as a lettuce. I thought it was a ball of bad lettuce until the end I picked it up and it was indeed a napkin. I feel so disgusted and violated. What was the dirty wadded napkin in my food used for!? So very upset and probably changed my mind about eating here ever in the future Togo or dine in.

6 adults & an infant on a friday at 6:00. super quick friendly & efficient service!!! food was awesome!!! i had 1/2 slab of ribs & sweet creamed corn & one trip salad. six thick perfect ribs!!! ummm good!!! all was fresh & tasty!!! comfortable, casual, clean country ambiance... go there now!!!

Yall really need to work on your drive thru. I sat for 20 min, stuck in your drive thru. Being stuck isn’t the issue but the amount of time it took for me to receive a single order and drink is awhile. Maybe a better system so the drive thru clerk has assistance , I am unsure but I wanted this to he known. Great atmosphere, always great food but the wait was ridiculous and the process need to be evaluated.
