I ordered a frozen lemonade, thinking it would be similar to Chick-fil-A‘s, you know, good. Instead, they give me a disgusting little frozen pink drink that was apparently frozen strawberry lemonade… And when I told them I wanted a frozen lemonade like in the picture, the whole staff looked at me like I was an idiot, saying, “Oh no, that’s the only flavor.” Hmm, little funny because in the picture it shows both flavors and gives them both distinct names… Nothing but bewildered looks, still. I tried to consume this disgusting beverage, which is nothing like Chick-fil-A‘s btw. It’s a grotesque, sugary, frozen concoction entirely unfit for human consumption. While I’m waiting for my food, I took maybe two sips before I got sick to my stomach. When I bring this fully unconsumed beverage back to the counter to get my food, they greet me with yet another pink lemonade, this time unfrozen. I want neither of these nasty beverages. I explained to them that I would simply like a large fountain drink, which is beneath the price what I paid for the lemonade. The 17-year-old kid of a manager thinks I’m trying to hustle him or something and argues with me over simply providing me with a large cup, so I could just go get a basic fountain drink, which was less than the price of the frozen drink I ordered. I literally just wanted water to wash the disgusting taste out of my mouth! Anyway, the drink was gross, the food was gross, and the customer service was absolutely disgusting.

Went through drive thru and a gentlemen was very polite and the food was excellent! So far the best carl's juniors i've ever been to. All the employees that were there should get raises.Because of such a good job, they did.You don't see that much at restaurants anymore.Thumbs up in my book , five stars!

I waited 20 minutes for my burger and fries and there was only 1 order before me. They then proceeded to give me a cold burger that was sitting out almost 10 minutes. They may have been short staffed. They seemed nice.

Thank you for the vegan option Julie!! You saved the day!!!! The sandwich was really good too!!!! Omg! I just found another way to eat vegan! 10 out of 10 stars for the taste. That was the best burger I've eaten from a restaurant. I suggest that should be a featured option. I guarantee positive impact. Try it out yourself

If I could give it zero stars it would be better than the food & drinks.. The pop had so much CO2 in it that it burned your mouth and throat if you took a drink. My husband said his burger was plain out nasty. The fries was hot to the touch but tasted as though they was not cooked all the way. And was dripping grease off of them.. Needless to say we should have went to Wood Shed.. Guess we got used to when our daughter worked there and the employees cared about their customers...
I have eaten here many times always fresh hot food, breakfast or dinner, open late. truck and RV parking.

Can't use the app from Carl's Jr for free food or points apparently, but advertise it on their cups after you get your food. I've never heard of a branded place not using their own app, since you can with McDonalds that are in Love's, but apparently Love's has a monopoly. I think they're making it up just to either not have to do more work, or make more money. Ridiculous.

The food was terrible! We stopped there and got food because USUALLY Carl's Jr is good but this was not. My youngest kid told me his burger was crunchy and I figured it was toasted. But the my husband and other son opened their burgers, and the buns were crumbling and hard. They did remake the 2 burgers and the Buns were good but the meat was still thin jerky. I got bbq chicken sandwich and it was dehydrated and stringy, too. Pick a different place to eat. I hope we don't get sick later...
