Only fast food place I’ve ever been to that does that.
At the hash browns and threw the burrito away, no saving it. So gross….

Would not recommend! We ordered the bacon swiss chicken sandwich and the chicken club. Both sandwiches were cold, the fries were cold and hard. The chicken on the bacon swiss was way over cooked I could barely bite through it and the staff were not very welcoming. They treated us like they just wanted to get us out of the way. Definitely not worth the 26 bucks it cost us. Will not be coming back to this location!

This place NEVER gets the orders right. We've tried many times and this time they didn't even send my burger with my husband who stopped to get take out. But we had to pay for it
Tried to make order online with Carl's Jr Offer, doesn't work with this location. The employee sa store doesn't do app because it just opened "recently" (4 years ago in 2020). They said we don't do online orders yet and can't help then I asked him to see if they can honor the deal guy at front calls manager who said tough luck wait till March when we can do it. Worst experience ever since next closest store is 20 miles away in opposite direction. Owner shud demote the manager imo if the store can't make exceptions due to their own lag of implementing tech and apps that franchise obviously wants them to use. Place was dead too. Maybe this manager can manage being in 2024 not in 1984. Take my business elsewhere.

Had breakfast here this morning. Food was awesome. Staff was friendly and efficient and the cashier took the time to make sure our order was right. It was clean and decorated cute for Christmas. Thank you Carl Jr's.

Seth is a "shift leader" that is about the sort employee I have ever encountered. Tonight the menu consists of who's dating who and so forth with absolutely no personality. I honestly think my mop has more personality. And the cursing is absolutely ridiculous. Jalapeno poppers way over
