“We come from another state where our McDonald's doesn't have the desire or wherewithal to perform like this McDonald's we visited. Very professional at the counter, the establishment was clean, and the food hot. I don't go to McDonald's a lot because of how ours is run, so visiting this McDonald's was a pleasant surprise!“

“Everybody is very kind and respectful . I came at a busy time and something was wrong with my burger...I called and explained what I saw when I opened the bag. It wasn't really anybody's fault and not sure how it happened. They said they'd remake it for me. Which I appreciated , so I went to pick it up. The piped in music was upbeat. It was easy to select from the menu. I liked that the menu gave a choice between a full combo & a partial combo without a beverage. Along with the steak sandwich & fries order, we each had regular strawberry & banana sundae. The staff worked together to provide genuine service. What they did made this an enjoyable dining experience. We not only walked away with their Steak 'n Shake caps/hats, but left extremely in ecstasy about their food, service & atmosphere.“

“The food clearly follows the less is more approach to cooking, it was simple and delicious without anything unnecessary going into it. The Mac and cheese was unfortunately bland as a result of this but mine and my table mates food was excellent apart from that.

Bartender dropped off our food and NEVER came back. Called the main phone # and ordered more drinks at our table that way. Waitress brought us a shot and had an attitude and when I said something about it she went behind the bar and loudly started b*tching about me when they were the ones NOT doing the job they are paid to do. Blond waitress on her phone rather than checking on us. it's unfortunate that two bartenders can totally ruin an establishment. We may be back but NOT when those two are working.“
