“I come here pretty frequently and most of the time the servers are friendly and the service is great, but on 11/01/24 at 2pm the servers were AWEFUL!! Bartender dropped off our food and NEVER came back. Called the main phone # and ordered more drinks at our table that way. Waitress brought us a shot and had an attitude and when I said something about it she went behind the bar and loudly started b*tching about me when they were the ones NOT doing the job they are paid to do. Blond waitress on her phone rather than checking on us. it's unfortunate that two bartenders can totally ruin an establishment. We may be back but NOT when those two are working.“

“The name on this place fits. I was looking for a new area for brunch on Sunday. I was amazed, plenty of sitting room. The chairs are not shoved together. If you have to get up for the restroom, you can do so comfortably. They served mixed drinks and beer I'm not a drinker, but nice to know. I had what they called a bowl. Very nicely put together. It was just enough food, I didn't need a carry out container. Yet I left very satisfied. The waitress was very accommodating. I saw a few of the other dishes. They looked very delicious.“

Hire professional cleaners, replace/repair items that desperately need attention. My personal motto, if the bathroom isn't being maintained, the whole place is likely not well kept.

Tell me why this place is ALWAYS sticky?! The seats, the tables, even the floor feels weird sometimes. If you've been here, you know exactly what I'm talking about.

My kids love Red Robin, but we very rarely visit because I can't get past these things. Let me emphasize the bathroom is a maintenance issue. The sticky feel to the floor is a maintenance issue. I'm unsure if it's the cleaning products being used on the booths, tables and chairs that make it sticky or what but it's gross. I know it isn't an ideal post, but it's every single time. Today was no different.“

“We just had Bramble for the first time. My son brought us in. He had the Monte Carlo Benedict, his gf had the blueberry lemon curd pancakes and I had the strawberry cream French toast. It was absolutely the best food! They were busy and we were seated and got our food fast. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the bacon was thick and the best I’ve ever had. “This is about the location in High Point, NC, Restaurant # 1584: Clean location, great food and service, and a manager that leads by example (Abigail). I had an issue that typically would ruin an experience; however, Abigial and Emma couldn't have handled it better. As a result, I choose not to let the unprofessional employee overshadow my otherwise phenomenal experience. I hope that she was receptive to learning from it and has a better approach in the future.“
