Steak 'n Shake offers decent food comparable to fast food. The staff did a good job during the visit. The service was fantastic, friendly, and efficient. The food was hot and fresh, including a delicious cookies and cream malt. The burger was delicious and the shakes were yummy. The staff worked together to provide genuine service, making for an enjoyable dining experience with great food, service, and atmosphere. The cheeseburger was great and the service was super. However, there were some drawbacks, such as the strong smell of cleaning chemicals upon entering and a runny milkshake. The fries were too small in size. Overall, it was a great experience with some minor issues.
