“Dropped in on this Braums with 40+ band kids from Oklahoma. They were definitely up to the challenge. Got everyone served and I didn't hear one complaint. Thank you guys and gals for your patience and service to some very hungry kiddos.“
“I took my daughter and her friends and it was like stepping back into my teen years! Retro arcade games, great music and the food was awesome! If you’re an 80s/90s kid you’ll love this place!“

“Consistently a solid meal for under 10.00 including a shake if you want it..and not the sonic style with real ice cream and braums bakes thru own bread and has their own dairy. Oklahoma is lucky to have this family run chain and I hope they never sell out!“

“Seems trivial, but I went through the drive through, got home and order was incorrect, no big deal obviously but it was for my mother in law so it must be perfect (kidding..kind of) but I called and the manager I spoke with was INCREDIBLY sweet and helpful. So much so that I'm writing this. I'm in sales and this is how I treat my customers and it means a lot. Simple mistake, simple fix, only likely a $1.25 difference but a phenomenal response. Just want her to know how much I appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Thanks Cheyenne, I see you girl and little things do make BIG differences to people“

“I wish I caught his name, but a young gentleman working the register caught that I was in a rush, and that I’d only ordered a drink and went out of his way to walk up the line with the drink so I can pay for it and leave quickly.
He didn’t have to do that, but it caught me by surprise!“
