“I live in Florida, we don't have a Braums here!! I lived in Oklahoma for 20+ years. My Sons were born and raised in Oklahoma. I've taken them to Braums for years. Its a tradition, when ai visit we all go to Braums before I leave. My youngest son bought me as a gift both Braums mugs. There's 10 of us now!!! My son's wives and all the grandkids. Four + times a year we go there. After dinner, we all go back through the line and get shakes, ice cream of some sort!! I always buy the largest shake drink a small amount ( it's always been german chocolate only) then put in there freezer. My son or granddaughter always enjoy it once I am home here in Fla. Recently, I bought an extra large German chocolate super thick shake. Put it in my huge pink abraums mug. Kept the lid off and froze it over night. In the am before my flight, I put the lid on it and brought it on the plane. It wasn't a liquid! Stayed frozen all the way home! Security okayed it!! Its in my freezer now!! The people at Braums are sooo wonderful!! Food is always delicious 😋“

“Consistently a solid meal for under 10.00 including a shake if you want it..and not the sonic style with real ice cream and braums bakes thru own bread and has their own dairy. Oklahoma is lucky to have this family run chain and I hope they never sell out!“

“Seems trivial, but I went through the drive through, got home and order was incorrect, no big deal obviously but it was for my mother in law so it must be perfect (kidding..kind of) but I called and the manager I spoke with was INCREDIBLY sweet and helpful. So much so that I'm writing this. I'm in sales and this is how I treat my customers and it means a lot. Simple mistake, simple fix, only likely a $1.25 difference but a phenomenal response. Only call out is the staff. No one was small talking with customers or engaging. It was very flat.“
