::::::EDIT::::: if I could up this to a four out of 5 stars I would, completely because of the way the GM handled my complaint. Less than an hour after my feedback I received a phone call and a very genuine and heartfelt apology. It’s not often you get a response/solution that quickly and I truly believe he will make an effort to improve the situation for others going forward. However, I will wait a few weeks for him to handle the issues before I make an appearance again! 😉
