“We placed an order of custom donuts for our son's 13th birthday. When I arrived to pick up the donuts they had lost the order. That would be fine but they didn't offer to make them at all, and tried to tell me I probably called another location. After showing them the call history from my phone was in fact to their location, they shrugged their shoulders and said I could just buy some character donuts instead. Didn't offer to make it right at all. Very disappointing.
Changing my review because they took the time to contact us and make it right! They called and explained what happened. Very professional and kind! Thank you, we appreciate it!“

“My 5 year old requested GodzillaxKong donuts for his birthday. I thought for sure it would be an impossible task. The staff at Tulsa Hills Donuts BLEW US AWAY by creating 20 masterpieces. These donuts were not only delicious but perfectly decorated. He was so happy!! Mvtoooo for doing this!“

“Great customer service and great donuts! Go above and beyond for their customers, and the donuts and sausage rolls are always delicious and fresh. I went in to pick up an order, and in having a busy morning I had to wait for it to be finished. In the meantime they were so sweet, and offered me coffee and a sausage roll, plus threw in some donuts for the wait. Highly recommend!“

“do not go here. they will forget your food and when you have to drive back inconveniently they will give you an excuse rather then Apologize and care more about charging you then trying to even offer anything. I use to go here alot but that is horrible business.“

“I love my service here, she is very nice. It was only one turkey sandwich left, and my husband wanted one also . She made him one fresh, and she also could fill the donuts with any flavor. The raspberry filling tasted really good. It's clean in the inside and fast service. She also has cute, unique donuts. “Normally this place is our GO-TO PLACE for donuts. But for some reason today our donuts were NOT anything like normal. Mini donuts ? No MICRO MINI DONUTS. Im not sure if the machine wasn't working properly or if it was operater error. Whatever the reason, it's not cool. At all. It will definitely make me think twice about going there again.
***UPDATE- the owner read my review and responded with a very nice message stating that they would be more than happy to make it up to us 100%. So, this morning we are going to take them up on their offer. Because to be honest with everyone. Both my fiance and I fell absolutely in love with this place and we were really disappointed with our food that morning of my review and it was completely out of character compared to every other single time we ordered there. So, we are about to go in and get some breakfast and see how this goes. Thank you again to the owner for reaching out to us. That shows that Sugar Llamas definitely cares about their customers! Not only leaving us satisfied but ensuring us that our feedback, ( good or bad) really matters as a business owner and essentially helps the establishment grow and become better!!

“The only daylight donuts in Tulsa that I am willing to go to since moving back home. They have good donuts and rolls. They have real fried sausage rolls, including jalapeño rolls (I have found no other daylight donuts in Tulsa that has these, the couple that do are not made correctly). Great store, worth driving across town for if you want sausage rolls.“

“We love the Hole Cafe! The husband and wife who own the shop are the sweetest people. Their donuts are freshly made and absolutely delicious. We ordered birthday donuts for my son and they didn't disappoint. Go check them out. They are open until noon, but closed on Tuesdays.“

“Ms. Anne did great job of making our beautiful wedding cake last year it was different than others when i saw it for the first time , its like love in first sight everyone talks about how beautiful our wedding cake. Then in our 1st wedding anniversary ms. Anne made another beautiful, moist and delicious cake that my husband and i enjoyed it. Her customer service is great and easy to work with. “Cute little shop with great staff, plenty of seating, with a wide variety of donuts, sausage rolls, and drinks. I prefer cake donuts so I've only ever had cake donuts, but they are delicious and have a very nice cake-y texture. The sausage rolls are amazing! I highly recommend the fried sausage rolls. They have a baked option as well which is also pretty good. Haven't had any of the drinks but I'm sure they are great too!“

“I work for orkin and I service this business.i went in one day to do their service and was going about like business as usual and noticed the daughter maybe 8 years old was watching me as I was working. As I was getting a signature from her mom the mom said my daughter has prepared a little surprise for you and handed me a box. I had been having a rough week as I had just lost my grandfather and just overall stress I about burst into tears. They are a great family and I hope everyone supports them ass much as possible. Next time I do their service I’m going to bring her a gift. Such a sweet heart.“

“From a morning breakfast stop to cutting the cake at your wedding look no farther than Merritt’s! The staff is friendly and welcoming and the sweets they produce are so good they must turn into vegetables on the way down!!! Can’t say enough good things about this place and especially the management! No doubt I will be back time and time again!“

“My favorite is blueberry. My husband's sausage roll. She donates left overs to Loaves and Fishes Ministry. What a blessing! Each guest has a different favorite. If you buy extra keep in refrigerator and heat in microwave for 10 to 15 seconds when ready to eat.“
