“We went to see the blue whale of Catoosa while traveling route 66. Amazingly, local bakeries and shops were not open for breakfast like you would expect. It was 9:45 and we found this place called daylight donuts. The lady working the drive-through was very nice and I was able to get coffee before hitting the road to our next state along the route. If you're looking for coffee before 10 AM, don't bother to go anywhere but here!“

There was an untouched pot of coffee on the warmer. For us, a couple of apple fritters, donuts and a fresh hot cup of coffee. We picked a table by the windows. A perfect morning to relax in the clean little store and enjoy our pastries. It was a little cool in the store this morning, because the front door never had a chance to close. A constant stream of customers, coming and going.As you drive to work every morning, ever wonder who runs over all those skunks, possums and racoons (and the neighbor’s cat) you see lying in the road. These are nocturnal animals that are out from midnight to 3am. The only people out driving that early in the morning are drunks going home and donut makers, going to work. Donuts kill wildlife.“

“Would give 5 stars if they took off the tip options on the screen they flip over and tell you to answer this question before you can proceed. I mean all you did was take my order and you want a tip for that!? Its beyond ridiculous how everyone wants a tip. I hate this part of coming here. Donuts were very good. Pay your employees a liveable wage though. And take the forced tip option question off your pay screen.“

“I love me a sausage egg McMuffin from McD but let me put y'all on Dreaming Donuts' Sausage Patty!! It doesn't have an egg in it but DAMN it's good. I honestly think the portion is so good for the price, it ACTUALLY HAS FLAVOR, and it was perfectly warm and the bread was amazing. It wasn't dry, it wasn't chewy, it was perfect. The sausage roll has the same bread surround the sausage and it was also so fulfilling! Compared to mcd, it didn't feel fake? Idk if that makes sense. Highly recommend to grab a quick breakfast here!! Every time I come up to Owasso I'll come stop by! Although their sausage roll and patty were the STARS of the show, their donuts tasted like donuts lol. I highly recommend everyone to give them a try as the lady at the drive thru window was super sweet and patient with us as we wanted to buy everything. As of now, they're only offering drive thru!“

Staff is very friendly and I love the meat product that they have that's called The Cajun (it has ham, cheese and jalapeno in a dough that is then baked in oven instead of deep fried like the sausage rolls). “This is the Daylight at German Corner, and I just want to say before anything else that I love this donut store and the ladies who run it. We go every weekend to get donuts for the kids and have never had a problem until today. The issue I faced today does not reflect on the usual staff here. I was overcharged by about 50% of my order total. Generally, the kiosk is facing out when I order so I can see what's being rung up, but today it was facing the other direction. After I paid and realized I was overcharged, I went back in and talked to the lady who I believe runs the store. She walked me through the charges, and when we both realized I had been overcharged, she fixed it immediately!To the newer girl who rang me up: if this was an innocent mistake, I get it. It happens. But I also know the kiosk shows you everything you've rang in, and you double-checked my order 3 times. $9 is a pretty big difference in a store where everything costs $1 to $3. You hid in the back when you saw me come back in and let someone else correct your mistake. Don't mess with these ladies' livelihoods and customers.“

I used to go to the daylight in Claremore but they're a bit out of range now. Morning Glory has the exact taste I've been looking for and they have the softest donuts I've ever had. I'm sure many others have left reviews about their 'cream pillows' - little glazed donut squares filled with Bavarian cream...those little guys are without a doubt the best donut I've ever had in my entire life. My 4yr old really wanted a chocolate donut with sprinkles but they were out so I asked if he would just put a few sprinkles on a donut in the case but he did me one better! “Girlfriend and I came in for a sweet treat about 15 minutes before closing. We felt extremely bad and didn’t want to be those people, but the workers made us feel welcome and a man even took chairs out of the stack for us to sit on while we waited. The service was speedy and we witnessed the workers letting customers in with less than 5 minutes in their business hours. Amazing!“

“Pros: Interesting. Donut place in the daytime with the usual Daylight Donuts fair. Afternoon, it serves Korean Bing-su (an ice dessert with various toppings in different flavors) and Korean style corndogs. Cons: We can't come here too often. It's a 30 minutes drive from our house.“
