I had a great experience. When I told the drive-through guy that my fries weren't hot, he immediately walked back and got fresh, hot fries for me!That is great customer service!
This used to be a good location. Lately the service has been terrible. My most recent visit, I ordered a spicy chicken meal. What I got was a sandwich with a bunch of tomatoes stacked together on the buns. I came back to the window to get what I originally ordered and the girl at the window was very rude. Instead of making the sandwich she handed me a patty and walked off.

Stopped there after picking up my dad from St. Francis. They were very nice and friendly. The place was clean as well as the restrooms. The food was great!Vegetarian options: The salad without bacon.

Ordered to go: (Bixby location) The Patty Melt meal with grilled onions substituted w/American cheese. This was very disappointing. The Patty Melt was cold & dry & the cheese is not even close to being melted & the fries are old & cold. UPDATE: I took it back. No grilled onions were on the burger, but the fries were better.
The order is ALWAYS right. I have a tough time with getting the exact burger I want. These guys never disappoint.

You need to get this location some help or turn off multiple ways orders can be put in! 2 kids burgers taking 25 min after the promise time because they had so many mobile & doordash orders is ridiculous and it’s always like this at this locationDo better Whataburger for your employees!!

At 4:30pm the dining room is filthy. We had to clean a table and seats, couldn't find a clean place. The service was very good.

Cold food…the bun was cold, the meat was cold and the cheese hadn’t even melted any. I suspect it was premade and kept in a refrigerator which is crazy because the staff is slow, like zombie moving slow. The kitchen floor was filthy and their employee mopped for 20 minutes with one hand?? Wouldn’t you sweep the food up first?? This location needs a visit from corporate.

We don't have a Whataburger in Kansas so I always stop at one when traveling.This one is the cleanest and friendliest I have visited.
