I tried Uncle Pacos for the first time a few weeks ago and ordered 3 enchiladas with beans and rice and it was absolutely delicious.

We had a Birthday Dinner for my sister and she choose Uncle Paco’s Mexican Grill, 103rd and S. Memorial (across memorial from Costco’s). Man, they were busy but we didn’t have to wait. Nice big modern restaurant, big bar area too. We were seated right away, chips and salsa were brought to our table super fast, salsa was good, the other mayo dipping sauce so, so.
