I work down the street and habitually I always come a get food with co-workers every Friday we always order the same two bowls.This is now the 4th incidente and I’ve had enough of it. I have always been a fan of Chipotle. This place is filthy. I have worked in the restaurant industry for many years so I can totally give the benefit of the doubt — busy day, short staffed, etc., this place is just really unsanitary. Everywhere you look it’s gross. I’m surprised it hasn’t been shut down by the health department. Not to mention the staff are super slow and can’t multitask at all. The food is subpar these days. Out of everything food-wise, no refills would be ready within a decent amount of time. When we asked about how long it would take to have more Carnitas and rice the answer was "Gonna take a while " Mentioned it to the employee at the register, just like the one who gave us food, indifferent reaction. Also tables were all dirty, we heard other customers commenting on that too and it wasn't busy, so that couldn't have been the reason. All trash bins were overloaded.
