Why can't the upcoming generation learn that in customer service, a smile and a greeting goes a long way. The young lady who "greeted" us whispered and then waited for us to order. The restaurant was clean and bright. I just wish employees would learn that you only have a job if there are customers. Poor customer service will start driving customers to other chicken restaurants.“

I live in Collinsville and make the drive to Tulsa now that the Carl's in Owasso has closed, and I can say this, It is worth the drive if you like flame broiled burgers. And the lady working the drive thru window was very nice. I even told her I made a special trip so we could get our Carl's fix. I don't know why they closed Owasso, but their burgers are worth the drive. "If it doesn't get all over the place, it doesn't belong in your face"

“I ordered through DoorDash and had a great experience. My ordered consisted of the spicy chicken sandwich meal, the honey pepper pimento sandwich and the kids chicken strip meal. This was my first time trying the honey pepper pimento sandwich since it was brought back and it was delicious. I will definitely be ordering it again. I had strawberry syrup added to my lemonade and it tasted like fresh strawberry lemonade. My order arrived hot and fresh.“

“Very clean restaurant! I went on a Friday afternoon for lunch and it was extremely busy, but there was a couple staff members cleaning tables as people left and went around asking if they could you anything. I will definitely be going back.

“Pulled into the lot to dine in, directed by staff to use the drive thru. Menu has a lot of options for fish and chicken. I ordered the shrimp/fish. Meal came with two sides (okra, green beans), and I ordered red beans & rice on the side. The cashier attendant was very respectful and friendly.
I stopped here because I have driven past several times and wanted to support. However, for me, the food was just basic. The most desirable dishes were the shrimp and redbeans & rice. The greenbeans had absolutely no flavor or seasoning (seemed right out the can), the okra was decent. The catfish, however, did not hit the spot. Everything was cooked to a golden brown. The seasonings in the batter make the fish, and in this case, that was lacking too. They don't carry any desserts. All the food was hot and looks great in the photos. The prices were reasonable for the servings.“
