“I recently signed up for Carl's Jr app and wasn't clear on how to use it at the restaurant. Scott gracefully assisted me, while Jonathan used it as a learning point. I also was visited by their co-worker Serena, who politely asked if she could get anything else for me.

As a recent transplant from the Pacific Northwest where I didn't readily have a Carl's Jr at my disposal, I was absolutely delighted with the food, service, and care I received at the Carl's Jr located in West Tulsa. No longer an also ran, Carl's Jr is now my favorite fast food restaurant and is a no brainer choice over the golden arches located across the freeway. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a far better experience than you'll get at the competition.

“Goldie’s is a Tulsa staple, and honestly, it feels like stepping into a simpler time in the best way.

I had the bacon cheeseburger and it was amazing. It took me right back to those long lake days when you walk into a marina restaurant starving and everything just hits. One bite in and I couldn’t stop smiling.

He had the open-faced chili burger and cleaned his plate, which says everything. We had okra and fries on the side, both good, but let’s be honest, we come for the pickles. And they delivered.

He promised that he would place it somewhere for pickup. Sure enough, Ryan, a man of his word, had my shawl ready for pickup. He is an A+ employee, one that other employees everywhere should model.“

The cheese sauce put it over the top! The owners were so kind and lovely. And clearly great cooks! The sandwich was $24 which fed me, my husband, and our 22 month old to complete satisfaction. My husband got this Venezuelan soda called Frescolita that he said tasted like Bubblelicious soda he hasn't had since he was under 10. He absolutely loved it!
I like that it's tucked away behind the shipping center, so you don't have all the road noise from 71st street. Good atmosphere!“

“The drive-thru guy made a mistake on the order and said he could not fix it at the register and asked me to come inside he handed me the food for my order while I was still in the Drive-Thru. While I was inside waiting for nearly 20 minutes my food got cold. When the shift supervisor was available to help me I let her know what happened and she made it right by giving me a fresh order. I love it when a company does right by their customers. I will be back.“

“I've eaten from this location countless times since moving to the area roughly four months ago. Not only is the service perfect, but the food is ALWAYS fresh, hot, and downright delicious.

Everything is packed cleanly and neatly, they've never forgotten a fortune cookie (my old location had a habit of this), and the bags are always tied securely– but not so tight I have to struggle to get to my food.

If I could rate on a higher scale, I'd still give top marks. Hands down the best location out of Tulsa AND Broken Arrow. The staff are fantastic and never miss a beat.“

Customer service wasnt bad but they didn't go out of there way to let you know that you were gonna be taken care of n not rushed out the door.“
