“Went through the drive thru, of course. Guy in front of me s order took about 4 or 5 mins. Which in a drive through, is a long time. But my order was ready as soon as I pulled up. Perfect. Thought I was gonna have to wait like him. But nope. Had the med original. Deluxe. Always deluxe. Cause you wont go wrong with twice as much good. Havent been to schlotzskys in a few years. It's still tastes great. Love schlotzskys. Glad they built this one here. I'll be a regular again. My sandwich tasted great and the wait was nt bad at all. So check them out if you havent already. 5 star all the way“
“The moment I walked in I was greeted. Very friendly and outgoing staff and managers. Wasn't quite sure what I wanted to get. I was assisted by two managers immediately. They suggested and described some popular items and sides. Served me with the best customer service. Ended up getting a western burger with fried zucchini. 10/10. Definitely going back. Thank you! I believe the Managers were Kameron and Alexis?Kid-friendliness: I seen some children come in. Never seen a place where managers and staff interacted with children. Quite hart warming.“
“I went in at about 2:30pm on 4-2 and had a wonderful experience. The person who assisted me was so polite and even opened the door for me on my way out. This place had me leaving with a smile which is very refreshing these days. Thank you! Also, the food was fantastic and made just right. Will be returning!“

“I had the three chunk dinner with a drink. My sides were mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and an an additional side of tabouli. For $15 it wasn’t a bad deal. I wanted a little bit of everything and knew I wouldn’t eat it all so it was enough to save for later. The Mac and cheese needs salt and pepper every time which I don’t mind. I like getting to adjust to my liking. The mashed potatoes were one large scoop with a little bit of gravy. The tabouli was not the best. Large chunks of tomato mixed with small chunks. Really watery. I could have passed on that.The service was amazing! Friendly and happy to be served is how I felt. The inside was very very clean. While no one was in the drive through there were people making sure things were nice and tidy.Great place if you’re looking for some chicken and mashed potatoes! Highly recommend!!“
“Wow. So first off today I stop by Wendy's for lunch I typically refuse to go to fast food and I've had bad experiences with them in the past. But I was in the mood for a decent burger and nothing that was gonna break my bank account. So I stop in this store today and service was great, clean environment, smell of food was invigorating, and the food was excellent 5 out of 5 stars. burger hot and juicy, fries cooked to perfection and the chilli was just simply perfect. Even the tea was great. The staff even said by as I was leaving so I had to leave a review for them that store was great I'll be going back shortly.Parking: Easy parking and safe parking in my opinion parking lot was clean of debris and of littering.Kid-friendliness: Great service for kids with kid meals they seemed pretty happy there as there was a few people there.“
“I went to the Sonic in Prattville about 9:30 tonight and ordered 2 # 1s,and med order of pickle fries...The burgers were awful ,the top bun was still frozen on both and it had way to much lettuce n pickles .Between the buns being frozen and the overload of a salad on them,,the bun was wet n soggy n downright gross . The bun just fell apart.,n I actually had to use my own buns to fix our Burger,but we could not even eat half and threw away, what a disappointing meal ..I usually like sonic ,but the food was uneatable..“
“I stopped in for lunch with my daughter and granddaughter. I received coupons by email. They only let me use one. It doesn't say you can't use them all. Either way, I got a steak and cheese footlong sandwich. You really have to search to find the steak. Kind of disappointing. I did get the veggies and the steak sauce on the side. I usually split the sandwich with my husband. They didn't cut it, so I had to tear it in half. The unseat tea was freshly brewed, so that was a plus.“
