“I put in an online order for 645 pick up time since I got off from work at 6. I got a notification that my order was ready at around 540. I called when I got off work to inform them of this error. They did correct it which was awesome but still a headache to have to call even though I set the pick up time online.“

“I’m really surprised at the negative reviews. Then again, I’m not. If you read some of the reviews from people that are negative, majority of their reviews are negative for every establishment.So here goes… I’ve picked up as a doordasher before. They’ve always been prompt & even have went over the order with me for quality control.Tonight I ordered for myself from the app. I pulled into the mobile lane, gave my name, and pulled around. I was greeted promptly and kindly by a young man.I get to the window & he had my drink ready. He told me it would be a minute, which it legit was. A minute. I didn’t check my order. I drove straight home about 25 minutes away.My food was the best I’ve had from a Taco Bell in a VERY long time. Portions were perfect, not sloppy. I say that because I order one of my burritos with extra sauce. It wasn’t oozing out of the burrito. It was folded up nicely & was very tasty. Everything was packaged up very nice. My sauce packets were even in little packages. That was super convenient to not have to grab them off the top of the food or dig them out of the bottom of the bag. The food was fresh and down right wonderful!With establishments being understaffed and undervalued, maybe try to be understanding & kind. It truly goes a long way. Kudos Glenpool Taco Bell ?? “I'm not sure who the delivery driver was that brought our food but he was So Nice! Super friendly & respectful. The chicken Alfredo pasta was awesome.. first time trying it, the cheese sticks were amazing as usual though the pizza was good I wasn't a fan of the buttery taste on the entire pizza“

“I went there monday, yesterday for dinner, and this amazing kindhearted young lady, her name was Paige, was so sweet to me and helped me out with my sandwich, it’s my first time at subway and my grandson wanted to go there, she was the only one in the front while the girl in the back was to busy on her phone as i could see through the mirror. Yet Paige was attending us so kindly and my grandson enjoyed his sandwich, i will be coming back just to see her. reminds me of my own daughter.“
“The food is good. The older lady at the register seemed a bit confused as to how to ring up the meals, so that took longer than necessary. Also, all tables were dirty and needed to be cleaned. However, it was around lunch time on a Saturday, so it was probably busy. Not a deal breaker.“
“Usually when you go out to eat at 1am anywhere the workers are grumpy and rude and the food is always wrong. Today I decided to go out anyway and had the best experience ever with the workers here. I can't remember any names but the food was perfect and everyone I talked to looked genuinely happy and were extremely nice. I had a wonderful conversation with the young woman in drive thru as well it made my day!“
“We were headed out of town, so we ordered to a location that was a few minutes away, but in the way to our destination. We ordered using the app then went to the location. We waited just a couple minutes to pick up our order, which had great presentation.Another enjoyable experience at Chick-fil-A!“
