“Ordered an original calzone and alpine cheese sticks. The calzone is better than anywhere I've tried! Wow! I'm not really a fan of the alpine cheese sticks.. I think they'd taste much better with the cheese on the bread and just drizzled with alpine on the top. Also, it was a suggested time of 20 minutes, but I think it was ready at 12.“

“I put in an online order for 645 pick up time since I got off from work at 6. I got a notification that my order was ready at around 540. I called when I got off work to inform them of this error. They did correct it which was awesome but still a headache to have to call even though I set the pick up time online.“

“Placed an online order, med buff pizza no sauce, LG buff pizza, brookie, and a sandwich. Took 35 min even though tracker initially said 19. I called immediately after placing to verify the med pizza did not get buffalo sauce. Unfortunately, I did not check when I picked them up... neither pizza had sauce and the large was burnt a little and large bubble ups. Dominos used to not even let those go out... you've gone down. Taste is still good and the two guys working were friendly but seemed overwhelmed. Hopefully this store can make some improvements.“

“For the most part hideaway is a good place to eat. But my visit last night was no so good. We set down ordered our drinks and appetizers. My wife had to remind our waiter to bring me my beer. He then took our pizza order. Our appetizers arrived warm not hot like they had been setting on the counter too long. We eat them and just thought they are a little busy, no harm. 20 min later our pizza was brought out. The crust was warm and the toppings were cold. We told our waiter and he went and got the manager who said do you want to box it up and take it home and warm it up? I told him no and he came back I will give it to you for free. I again said no I will pay for my beer, wife’s drink and raviolis. The manager would hardly make eye contact with my with and I and when he laid the bill on the table he said sorry as he walked off. The waiter wasn’t much better instead of playing games with the table behind us he should have been keeping a eye on our orders. I will continue to eat at hideaways just not the one on S. Memorial.“

“Horrible customer service! I wanted to love this NYC south location but the customer service is horrible. I received burnt garlic knots. I called to advise the restaurant of the burnt food. I was told a manager will call me in 1-2 weeks about the issue! I then asked the workers his name and he replied “it’s not important “ . What kind of business is this, we eat out alot and this is not ok. I will be waiting on a call from the manager Mike, who returns calls in for 1-2 weeks!“

“Bought a pepperoni pizza and meatballs last night around 7pm. I opened up the box and the pizza looked like something that would be used for an advertisement. Cheese melted just right and very generous with the pepperoni. Delicious! Very impressed! The crust was so tasty! Get the buttermilk ranch to dip it in! ?I was just as impressed with the meatballs! “MACARONI-N-CHEESE Pizza? Count me in! Never even heard of mac-m-cheese pizza before today, and now, I'm an advocate of said 'za. Mom gets heartburn from the pizza sauce so the fine service gave her a number to place at our table, and they brought her a whole pizza w/no sauce right to our table! Alright look I'll be brief, CiCi's Pizza never disappoints. They have a great salad bar, and some of their desert pizza's are to die for. And if your inner adolescent is banging on the door trying to get someone's attention to let him out, we'll CiCi's is the place to go ahead and let your inner out, and let him run wild. Because this location has a sick arcade with a Bunch of games! (That new hi-score alarm sound is calling your name!)

Did I mention how incredibly nice, warm, and welcoming their team is? It's sad to say this, although it is true, but getting treated very nicely and being greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant, and overall grade-A service, is not as common as it used to be.

“As first-timers, it was pretty good. My husband especially enjoyed the "butter cheese" crust. Two complaints: (1) Too much marinara sauce. Would have preferred very "lite" sauce; (2) when i called, I was on hold for so long that the call finally disconnected, so I called again. Those things happen, but it's for sure we'll do it again.

Parking: The lot is large, so parking shouldn't be a problem.“

“I placed an order over the phone for about $21. My husband went and picked it up but he thought I paid over the phone as well as the GM Zach thought it was an online paid order, so the food was just handed to my husband without being paid for by accident. While my husband was on the way back home I got a missed call from simple Simon so I called them back and Zach explained the situation and I was offering to call my husband to have him turn around and come pay for it but Zack went ahead and discounted it since he felt it was his fault. This is another reason why I love this location! Thank you Zach and Simple Simon's!“

I came to this one in honor of a friend who passed, and was surprised to find the food to be just as good as it used to be.
