I accidentally left my wallet at home when i was there yesterday and the staff insisted on comping my meal... They literally refused to let me pay later. Today’s order, was two, large, create your own pizzas and a salad. The pizzas were a delicious combination Canadian Bacon, Giant Pepperoni, Ground Sausage, Italian Sausage, Salami, Black Olives, Jalapeños, Mixed Onions, Mushrooms, Herb & Cheese Blend all on original crust with red sauce and Mozzarella. It is a delicious artisan pizza designed by Spike and assembled by Papa Murphy’s!“

“We were in Broken Arrow Marco's last night. Witnessed an older gentleman come in to pick up his order, he had obviously just gotten off of work since he was wearing slacks, dress shirt, and tie. The long haired lady behind the counter said his order was at the Marco's on 31st and he would have to go there to pick it up. She could have easily transferred the order to her store but didn't. Imagine being exhausted on a Friday night just wanting to pick up your pizza and go home and now being told you have to drive 50 blocks north to get your order. Terrible customer service!“

“Every time I’ve ordered from the store it’s on point, so today was no different. I arrived a little early and saw multiple people carrying many pizzas out (5-8), but what I didn’t expect was the one dude workhorse running the entire store by himself. I’ve seen some pretty crazy food service in my life, including working at a certain chaotic breakfast chain myself, but this one takes the cake. The fact that this dude got my order out on time as well as all these others with no help is honestly baffling. I didn’t catch his name, and I hope he gets credit for this, but the lone dude with the garlic butter pop socket needs a promotion to market trainer. Thank you my guy. 🤌🏻“

After I pay, I ask about one Parmesan cheese and the spicy stuff , whatever it is, he said I have to charge you for it , I don’t like that , what u tell me. Charge for it ! “Seriously impressed. We had a not so great experience a few months ago, and almost stopped going to Pizza Hut. At that time gave us a “credit” that was minimal, and an attitude that made me want to choke someone come someone and never eat at Pizza Hut again. Today the manager Joslyn completely made up for it, and saved our future dealing with their brand….and with 3 teenagers we eat A LOT of pizza. “By far my favorite dominos to go to, I always order carry out and the food is always fresh and perfect, one time I went I either ordered wrong or didn’t get the extra pep like I wanted, didnt matter, as soon as I said something their manager whipped me up another one and it was perfect , best pizzas, best customer service , couldn’t ask for more“

“Usually when we order from here it’s amazing, tonight not so good, the crust was thinner then normal, and harder as well (tasted stale) the pizza and breadsticks both as well as they were not cut right, breadsticks not at all and didn’t have the cheese on em when that’s what I ordered, I would still recommend this one but not sure what’s going on tonight everything was messed up tonight“

“Ken really messed up, but Mazzios reigns supreme. Wish they would stop playing and open up in Texas already. Ironically I go there for the salad bar, which they need to add matchstick carrots and kidney beans to, and I stay for the pizza.

“We ordered the birthday party package (8 large cheese or pepperoni pizzas for 60) and the store included complimentary cookies and brownies for our birthday girl. They arrived 10 mins early, which worked out perfect. The general manager even yelled happy birthday to the birthday girl over the phone when I fudged up the order.“

“My experiences here have always been great! I had the awesome lunch special and the customer service was top notch. The meal was fresh with some fabulous flavor. I definitely will be back when I’m in the area. I miss the pizza buffet, which hasn’t been there since COVID.“

“We walked into Schlotzsky at 10:55 am. Ordered our meals went into dining room to find no clean tables, face and hand prints on glass, splash up on soda machine, trash and food on sticky floors. I did speak to manager on duty she said they were short staffed. I get that but the condition of the dining was unexceptable. This amount of filth doesn't happen overnight. Food was good but my stomach can not handle thought of how the kitchen might looked.“
