“garlic knots were so hard they couldn't be chewed. could hardly cut with a knife. Cobb salad had way too much dressing and it was already mixed in. the chicken or what they called chicken on it was inedible. beware they charge you $2 for each little cup of sauce with the garlic knots and 2.95 for each pizza ingredient. way over priced and bad quality. we'll stick with hideaway from now on.“

She was managing the floor by herself as the lunch rush had settled down & she made us all feel like we were the only ones in the building. Pizza was hot, fresh, and did not disappoint, we ordered a large pepperoni & took home 1/2 of it since we split appetizer & salads. Price point was relative to any other sit-down spot, food was delicious & filled us up, and the service was the best… did I mention, we left with a list of stuff to do while we’re in town?? Yes!!! “For the most part hideaway is a good place to eat. But my visit last night was no so good. We set down ordered our drinks and appetizers. My wife had to remind our waiter to bring me my beer. He then took our pizza order. Our appetizers arrived warm not hot like they had been setting on the counter too long. We eat them and just thought they are a little busy, no harm. 20 min later our pizza was brought out. The crust was warm and the toppings were cold. We told our waiter and he went and got the manager who said do you want to box it up and take it home and warm it up? I told him no and he came back I will give it to you for free. I again said no I will pay for my beer, wife’s drink and raviolis. The manager would hardly make eye contact with my with and I and when he laid the bill on the table he said sorry as he walked off. The waiter wasn’t much better instead of playing games with the table behind us he should have been keeping a eye on our orders. I will continue to eat at hideaways just not the one on S. Memorial.“

“Horrible customer service! I wanted to love this NYC south location but the customer service is horrible. I received burnt garlic knots. I called to advise the restaurant of the burnt food. I was told a manager will call me in 1-2 weeks about the issue! I then asked the workers his name and he replied “it’s not important “ . What kind of business is this, we eat out alot and this is not ok. I will be waiting on a call from the manager Mike, who returns calls in for 1-2 weeks!“

Everyone was having a great experience. We started off with the little gem salad and it was amazing. All the ingredients were fresh and their dressing was delicious. Then on to their version of a charcuterie board again off the charts fabulous. For the main event we had their Da Meatza pizza. red sauce, pork, pepperoni , all house-made only 13in but so awesome. I had a house cocktail, Gin Basil Smash gin, basil, lemon, sugar. So good I had two. Located on Cherry Street next to Peoria. Absolutely a 12 out 10 stars 🌟.“

“We recently visited our local Simple Simon’s Pizza and were blown away by the improvements since Chad, the new manager, took over. The restaurant has always had delicious pizza and a cozy atmosphere, but now everything runs even more smoothly!

Chad goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels welcome. He’s friendly, attentive, and really cares about making the experience great. The team seems happier too—everyone was super helpful and quick to check in on us. The pizza was hot and fresh, and the toppings were piled high, just the way we like it!

“This is some of the BEST tasting pizza in Tulsa. I just had the basics this trip. Pepperoni and White Pie. Pepperoni topping came out slightly toasted like it should be done. White Pie also delicious with ricotta, lemon and honey. The crisp sourdough crust was cooked perfectly. Ranch was also good. I am looking forward to my next trip.“

“I was more than disappointed when I ordered a thin and crispy and got a hand toss. Man, I was Jonsing for a thin crust all day. My daughter called and told them about the mistake and they made it seem like they could only send a credit. Which I guess was okay but it was not what I wanted. I wanted them to deliver a thin and crispy to me post haste. But I waited on my coupon or credit or whatever, went on with my life. About 30 mins later, there’s a knock at the door and one thin and crispy pizza, hot and ready. Can’t thank you guys enough. You made my day.“

“Top of the line as far as food being fresh and hot when it reaches the table. Customer service is an A+ and the dining area is always clean. It’s usually our first choice when dining with out of state family/friends who love good barbecue. The fish and chicken is good and the husband is a fan of the Mac&Cheese hamburger.. So far I haven’t had anything that I didn’t like! There are plenty of menu options to choose from which makes the dining experience enjoyable“

“We were in Broken Arrow Marco's last night. Witnessed an older gentleman come in to pick up his order, he had obviously just gotten off of work since he was wearing slacks, dress shirt, and tie. The long haired lady behind the counter said his order was at the Marco's on 31st and he would have to go there to pick it up. She could have easily transferred the order to her store but didn't. Imagine being exhausted on a Friday night just wanting to pick up your pizza and go home and now being told you have to drive 50 blocks north to get your order. Terrible customer service!“

“I really enjoy this upscale Simple Simon's. The staff go out of their way to make a person feel like a valued customer. The pizza tastes great on their buffet and salad is fresh. They will make special requests (I wanted cheeseburger pizza) and will make some right up for their buffet. I and my husband are seniors and the buffet for $10 and some change including drink and is well worth it. Even though this is a little out of the way Sundays after church, we plan to put this restaurant in our rotation of places to eat. One thing I wish they would add is some kind of hot soup. Otherwise its great! I will take photos next time to put with this review. I was very impressed!“
