“For the most part hideaway is a good place to eat. But my visit last night was no so good. We set down ordered our drinks and appetizers. My wife had to remind our waiter to bring me my beer. He then took our pizza order. Our appetizers arrived warm not hot like they had been setting on the counter too long. We eat them and just thought they are a little busy, no harm. 20 min later our pizza was brought out. The crust was warm and the toppings were cold. We told our waiter and he went and got the manager who said do you want to box it up and take it home and warm it up? I told him no and he came back I will give it to you for free. I again said no I will pay for my beer, wife’s drink and raviolis. The manager would hardly make eye contact with my with and I and when he laid the bill on the table he said sorry as he walked off. The waiter wasn’t much better instead of playing games with the table behind us he should have been keeping a eye on our orders. I will continue to eat at hideaways just not the one on S. Memorial.“

“This is a very family oriented restaurant with an amazing pizza buffet, salad bar, sandwiches and breakfast items. I usually get a double biscuit and gravy with no meat for 4.33 after tax. I love the owners and employees and they make everyone feel welcome here. The Pizza Buffett is 8.99 + tax and comes with a drink and salad bar. Contractors, Construction workers, Air Force and Airport personnel love coming here.“

I was told a manager will call me in 1-2 weeks about the issue! I then asked the workers his name and he replied “it’s not important “ . What kind of business is this, we eat out alot and this is not ok. I will be waiting on a call from the manager Mike, who returns calls in for 1-2 weeks!“

“It’s an all you can eat pizza buffet place but since Covid buffets have changed, they have had to adapt. CiCi’s is no exception but I think they have found a happy medium where you can still try a variety of pizza at a single setting but not have to worry about if the sneeze bar actually deflected the boogers the 9 year old in front of you was just harvesting. The food is filling with decent toppings but I personally think the crust is lacking but asa far as pizza buffet goes it’s top of the list. Kids seem to love it and the locale is kid friendly without being kid oriented so it’s a great place to take the family for a modestly priced night out.“

“It’s an old airstream trailer they built a giant brick oven in. Doesn’t matter. I read the reviews and showed up with high expectations. I’m not saying it’s THE best pizza in Tulsa, but this is easily in the top ten. Maybe even five. The crust is tortilla thin and cracker crisp with a hearty flavor profile. The quality toppings in portions carefully balanced in delicious and delightful combinations with good cheese and a fantastic sauce. The sauce being of the sweeter variety, not too sweet and also not too acidic. But back to the crust! With the hot hearty, savory toppings, the deliciously creamy, melty cheese, the sweet tang of the sauce, all loaded on the crisp crust with is earthy fire kissed wholesomeness adds up to one special pie. It isn’t cheap but I’ve paid more for worse. 20 bucks a person and everyone leaves full and possibly with a box. This is absolutely worth it, this is good, delicious pizza. Made by someone that cares about pizza. 10 out of 10. All five stars. I will be back.

“I had a carry out order at the window. They put on extra things that I did not order. I explained kindly if they could be removed and the guy at the drive-through window needed help. He went several times to the manager and the manager failed to come over and help him at the window, even though this was a frustrating situation. I would like to admit the customer service by the employee Jordan in the window Was outstanding with what he had to deal with and with failed help from management he ended up doing everything on his own and working through the problem to make sure that he provided excellent customer service. I wish there were more employees like this even when management sucked. This employee was thrown out there and had to do everything on his own and I would highly recommend anyone hiring him and he’s probably the best thing at this dominoes“

We had beef burnt ends, ribs, smoked chicken quarters and the sweet creamed corn and bbq beans for the sides. It was really good, but not the best I ever had. The sides were my favorite thing! The sampler appetizer was really good as well! The deviled eggs were too sweet for me though. The restaurant was extremely clean and smelled really good! The service was kind of slow even though the restaurant wasn’t that busy, but they were all really friendly.“
