Well the kiddos of course loved it. But as an adult I thought the staff could have been a lot more helpful to us the adults. I mean we don't work there. We don't know how everything operates.... Give us some guidance... Please... Help us have a good experience.... I guarantee you will make more money and sell more food items if you just tell us about options and such. I was very pleased with the service of each staff member, they were all very helpful. We ordered pizza, and it was fresh, and delicious! I was a little bummed about the amount spent on games. The amount of tickets won was low. My son only got a piece of candy, a finger skateboard, and stickers for $45 spent on games.

I held my daughter's 4th birthday there on the 9th and it was amazing!! The only thing that seemed to be an issue for myself and our guests was as we were all still drinking and talking, they were cleaning off our tables and getting it ready for the next party and our party still have 5 mins left!
