“I had a carry out order at the window. They put on extra things that I did not order. I explained kindly if they could be removed and the guy at the drive-through window needed help. He went several times to the manager and the manager failed to come over and help him at the window, even though this was a frustrating situation. I would like to admit the customer service by the employee Jordan in the window Was outstanding with what he had to deal with and with failed help from management he ended up doing everything on his own and working through the problem to make sure that he provided excellent customer service. I wish there were more employees like this even when management sucked. This employee was thrown out there and had to do everything on his own and I would highly recommend anyone hiring him and he’s probably the best thing at this dominoes“

“Ordered eight pizzas for a party. Come the morning of they were slammed, and they only had one delivery driver. They were running late. At first, I was annoyed, but after I called and spoke with the manager, he made it right. The Delivery driver ended up being an elderly man who was so apologetic and very kind. I was really happy with the way they made the situation right and was also humbled by the fact that there are many people out there trying their best. We expect perfection too often and we as humans just simply aren’t. Life is messy. As long as a business, makes it right, I think they deserve our business!
