“We were so impressed with the location in Little Rock, Arkansas that we went searching for a location closer to our home in Oklahoma City. We found this one in Tulsa on East 21st Street. All five of us wanted to try something different so we ordered the chicken wings, catfish, shrimp, and onion rings. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS! THE STAFF WAS AMAZING! 🔥🔥🔥“

“Stopped in on a whim when we were checking out the Giants on Route 66. What a GREAT surprise! The chicken was HOT and crispy (as it should be), the roll was sweet and fresh, the fries were crispy, and the mac 'n cheese was tasty and super-cheesy. We'll DEFINITELY be heading back soon!“

“Chick Fil A Friday just hit a whole new level of amazing. ❤️ For the past two years, every Friday morning has been Chick Fil A Friday in our house — a special tradition my husband started with our boys when my work travel became hard on the kids. It’s been their thing playing on the playground and making friends with the wonderful team at the Tulsa Hills location Well, today they blew us away. Our soon to be four year old has been counting down to his Ninja Turtle birthday and telling everyone at Chick Fil A all about it. And this morning, when my husband and boys walked in, the team surprised him with a birthday present and a gift card 🥹 My son was shocked and over the moon excited! In a world where kindness can sometimes feel rare, the Tulsa Hills team reminded us how powerful a small act of thoughtfulness can be. They made our little boy feel SO special and gave our whole family a beautiful moment we’ll never forget. To the incredible team at Chick Fil A Tulsa Hills: THANK YOU for showing up with heart. “I usually have problems ordering online. I be on a small 30 minute lunch break n the closest food store is 10 minutes away. Which means... I'm usually late when ordering, cause my foods never ready when I get there. I'm so glad to know that Popeyes was better than the rest in not only getting me back to work on time but making certain that my food was hot and fresh when I got there.ty all“

“Tonight was the best experience ever! Not only was my blackened chicken tenders hot and fresh and my biscuit was soft and flaky, the service was smooth and friendly. “Shoutout to the Popeyes in Bixby—this place has seriously stepped it up! I’ve noticed a huge improvement lately, and I’ve got to give credit to the new manager, Charlotte. She runs a tight ship and it shows. The food has been hot, fresh, and fast every time I’ve come through, and the service is friendlier than ever. You can tell the team is working hard and actually enjoying their jobs. Big thanks to Charlotte and the crew for bringing the good vibes (and the spicy chicken)! Keep it up!“

“Thanks to our local 71st Zaxby’s for such a act of kindness. They Cheerfully came through St Francis cancer chemo infusion room with chicken sandwiches for patients, many of who are there for most of the day We so appreciate ❤️“

“I enjoy going to this Popeyes location simply because of the friendliness of the staff and how when you walk through the door they make you feel like you belong and the relaxing atmosphere.!!! Plus I really appreciate the hard work of everyone who works there except a couple of individuals but we won't let that ruin everything!“

“Went to KFC and ordered a family meal, they didn’t have enough strips and refused to cook more, we settled on that and then told them we wanted Mac n cheese for the side (mind u that’s the main reason we went) and they were out AND REFUSED TO MAKE MORE, our family meal was $48 plus tax…… We left and called Charlie’s chicken. They were awesome, we had all fresh food, chicken Mac n cheese, etc and our order was $44.** for the same amount of food and service was amazing! Thank u guys for being willing to make us fresh food! You’ve won us over every time just for that!“

“Cashier has flat affect and not welcoming nor matches the atmosphere/vibe that I think they are trying to give off. I was barely able to hear them speak. No excitement to be there. I think business need to work on who they decide to be the first person engaging the customer. It’s a big deal. And surprises me the lack of attention to this detail. Food is good and clean. But that doesn’t keep customers coming back for eating in unless you’re aiming for delivery as your main market.“

“This location continues to offer some of the best customer service in Tulsa (even for a Chik-Fil-A!). Visited the drive thru on 12/10/25. Staff went out of their way to appreciate and welcome us as customers. This is something you rarely see. These guys are doing it right - and then some!“

“Whomever designed the drive thru blueprints prob shouldn't ever work in design or construction again (you'll see what i mean) but the service is always fast and the food fresh and tasty! It's right by my house, so it's a weekly treat for me. The banana pudding is the best!“

“Chick-fil-A was amazing as usual—great service, fast, and everything ran smoothly. The only small hiccup was the drive-thru sign, which was a bit misaligned and caused me to miss the entrance and circle back around. Ironically, because everything there is usually so well done, I trusted the sign completely—anywhere else I might’ve second-guessed it! The “curse” of high standards, I guess. Still a great experience overall.“

“I didn’t think Tulsa had a Krispy krunchy chicken, used to go to em all the time in Los Angeles, especially at the Slauson Swap meet … but I’m glad I found some in Tulsa . The chicken is Good, the Biscuits are HANDS DOWN THE BEST - better than any chicken joint .Trust! Definitely worth the drive or do like I did & order on DoorDash.“
