Gluten-Free Restaurants in Tulsa, OK

“We stopped here on our way back to Oklahoma City from Branson and I would give them 1,000 stars if I could!! It is extremely rare I can eat everything on a menu due to gluten intolerance and peanut allergy and it felt amazing to be able to pick anything I wanted! It was also amazing that they had seasonal German foods during our visit since gluten free German food is next to impossible to find. My husband and I got the chicken schnitzel, German potato salad, and German potato pancakes. My husband and I agreed that the German food items were extremely close to the authentic German food we have eaten before (long before I had to be gluten free.) Two of my kids got the kids chicken nuggets, one kid got a hamburger, and one kid got the kids fish and chips. We all shared the onion rings and fried pickles. There was sooooo much food and no one left hungry which is highly unusual when eating gluten free. I will be planning a visit to Tulsa just to eat here!!“

“Shawkat’s catered our wedding reception, and the guests complimented the food all night long. Not just the polite “Yum, thanks for dinner,” but “you MUST tell us where the food came from!!!”, picky eaters and kids happy, texts the next day about where to get it, dreams about eating more of the rice, apparently…it made a huge impression. The owner is very friendly and gave us some great recommendations. Wonderful spot for lunch, wonderful for feeding a crew as well.“

“Hands down my favorite place in the world to eat. I will drive over an hour for it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Mac & cheese, cornbread with jalepeno honey, gumbo, & deserts are ALL amazing. I’ve been here over ten times and they are always consistent with the best personalities!“

“I’ve always raved about the consistency of Redrocks food and the amazingness of their steak, until tonight. The Gorgonzola bleu cheese ribeye is my absolute favorite special they run. Severely dissatisfied in the quality of the steaks we received tonight. We took some friends out for dinner tonight and it was unanimous that the steak quality was seriously diminished from our previous several experiences. I had heard that there was new management; unsure if this would be the reason, the USDA grade of steak has been decreased. The cook was perfect but when your steak is as tough as a boot, it’s hard to enjoy. 3 out of 9 plates were served as ordered this visit, (majority had no substitutions) there has never been an issue in the past with this either. It’s hard to write this review when all the times I have been there have been superior quality. I hope our next visit will be redemption“

The friendly family atmosphere,, delicious menu that's worth the price , and we love that it's family owned and can tell by the way they serve, which is done with excellence and cheerfulness!! “THE WAY Howard Jones dropped as soon as we walked in… You are greeted with the most amazing case of delectable treats and pies! On our road trip, we've been trying coconut cream pie wherever we go, and this is our fourth version. They use real whipped cream versus the cheap cool whip version. Absolutely delicious and great with a cup of coffee!“

“Absolutely wonderful!!!!! I have celiac disease and have been craving donuts for so long. My husband and I came from out of town and we were blown away by all the choices and how beautifully made they all were. We had the apple fritter, the turkey sausage roll, and half a dozen donuts (all gf!!!) and everything was amazing. Service was incredible for being so busy on a Saturday morning and running solo (major props to him!) Will gladly return to the city just for these donuts!“

“I ordered my husband’s 30th birthday cake from Antoinette and was so happy with the finished product! We chose carrot cake with Nutella caramel filling and cream cheese frosting and it was amazing! The carrot cake was not too sweet, and the Nutella caramel filling was so tasty and creamy. The cream cheese frosting was a tad sweet, but paired well with the less sweet carrot cake! As far as the decoration, we let them have artistic freedom but asked for a woodsy, outdoorsy theme and was not disappointed! I wasn’t expecting such a detailed design and was so pleased! We plan on ordering many more goodies from here and Antoinette will be our go to for cakes!“

“I wanted to check out a local bar by my hotel, and this hole in the wall bar was right across the street. What an experience, it reminded me of the old college days back in the early 2000's. They had ashtrays on the bar, you can't do that in my state...you can't even do it in Mexico. It wasn't too smokey in there and didn't bother me at all. The drinks were priced exceptionally. Tito's and cranberry for $5. They also had jello shots for $1.“

“We were seated immediately. Our server Jared was outstanding. The timing between our appetizer and our entrees was perfect. One thing that could be improved is the amount of space on the small 2 person tables. Less extra stuff like the placards, etc, would help to fit multiple plates, condiments, and drinks. Overall, still A+“

“We always enjoy going to Bravos Mexican Food. The Food is fresh and everyone is friendly. We love seeing Mary’s smiling face every time we have gone in, she is always welcoming and super friendly. We’ve really missed seeing Mary lately, so I hope she is back pretty soon!! It’s definitely NOT the same when she’s not around.“
