“We actually stayed nearby at the residence inn, and made 3 trips to here over the long weekend. Each time, we drove through the drive-thru because we were not going to wait in line with our talkative toddler, who might interrupt strangers' conversations. Our family ordered: the BootDaddy Concrete, Snowmonster Concrete, Butter Pecan Concrete, James Brownie Funky Jackhammer, Rico Suave Jackhammer, Tin Roof Sundae, and a kid's sundae with strawberry topping. It is rare that I will eat frozen custard, and I will usually order the smallest size because I try to watch my caloric intake. I ordered the Butter Pecan Concrete, and it was so delicious that I ate the entire thing. My family was amazed! It was thick, creamy, not too sweet, with the buttery, roasted pecans. I could eat those pecans all day long! Next time, I would like to try the root beer float.“

When I went in the owner was there, she was so happy to see me and she gave me a free cupcake. This was actually one of the highlights of my life and it’s stuck with me ever since it happened. “A snow-cone stand? I had not seen one in a very long time, in fact the last time I saw one was at a carnival in California a few years ago. I am not from Oklahoma but I came on vacation and looking at homes to rent/buy because I plan on moving out here eventually. My amazing hotel was nearby and when I walked to nearby Casey's, I saw the stand. I actually saw the stand 3 years ago but it was under a different name though I can't really recall what the name was(I could be wrong though). This time around I decided to give it a try, the weather was hot and humid, I can't believe how hot it gets in Oklahoma and I wanted something to cool off. The first time I arrived it was too early, wasn't open yet. Second time I arrived, there was a sign on the door saying they will be back in 15 minutes. I came back an hour later and still wasn't open :( After that I was a little busy sightseeing and never got around to coming back to try one. Although I didn't get to experience what a snow cone from Josh's would be like, it's ok. My review still stands as 5 stars because I know in my heart it would have been an amazing snow-cone. The menu is cute and the flavors sound great and it seems like such a great experience to just come by, sit on the bench outside and enjoy a snow-cone. I do plan on coming back to Oklahoma again soon, maybe permanently one day so I am undeterred, I will not give up and try and get a nice refreshment from here! Thank you!“

We learned the restaurant was once a basement bar, so the ambiance is intimate and dimly lit, and it has unique charm. The crab cakes had more crab than those in California. The lobster bisque had chunks of lobster and was best I've ever had. The pasta and red snapper was lightly blackened, delicious and hot! No cold food here! The pollo parmigiana was grilled, pounded chicken dressed in a unique way, and excellent! Homemade cheesecake was delightful. Devon, our server, was so attentive, drinks were always full. They gave the graduate a free dessert and a free kids ice cream. Someone from the restaurant called us the following day to see how our experience was. I shared all this with her. My only complaint is the hostess at the front was passive and direct stating we had a two hour limit to make space for other parties. Was our party not relevant? By no means did we look like a massive group. We were tucked into a table that use to be four small bistro tables. I understand that some parties may take extensive time but this made me feel so rushed and on edge. We spent hundreds of dollars! Other smaller parties would not have come close to our total. I recommend more time is given for big parties and communicate in advance vs arrival your time constraints. My Grandmother who paid for the meal was upset and spoke privately with our waitress who shared to not worry. We made it out with 15 minutes to spare. Overall, I recommend PF Changs as a restaurant in Tulsa. Delicious food and great service!“

It had the perfect amount of sauce, and all ingredients worked together perfectly. This time wasn't as good, because they forgot the bbq sauce, but everything else was very flavorful, juicy and tender.
