What can we say about what has already been said, that on-site consumption should pay greater attention to the waste of plastic, as the oceans are full of it, and of paper which is starting to run out of trees. It is for those who drink an espresso on the spot in a ceramic cup it has a different taste. I think it would raise the quality a lot“

So excited to have a place that I don’t dread having to wade through “all the stuff” that we’ve accepted as typical. Customer service in a coffee hot spot? Yeah, I learned it still exists. “My new favorite drink bar. Ive come to this location four times now and each time, the staff is incredibly helpful and super polite. That with the fact that my drink order has always been right is what makes it a five star experience. I will add that most of the drinks are very sweet. I tend to water them down to save my index. All in all, the flavor is there so it’s on my go-to list.

Internet and the website says they open at 7am and close at 8, but the store doesn't open until 8am. And the other day they had a sign saying they close at 3pm. “I had to call around to find myself a new Starbucks after the manager at 31st and 169 was an absolutely horrendous jerk to me, as well as wasting my time and money on more than one occasion. So I reached out to a couple of different stores to ask questions, and settled on making this my home store instead. And I'm so glad I did! THIS manager, Ana, has been extremely sweet, kind, reasonable and attentive, and had no problem understanding what I wanted, as well as preemptively taking steps to make sure I didn't run into the same issue I did at the other store. Also, these baristas are much friendlier, actually pay attention your order and are able and willing to accommodate reasonable requests. Kudos to this store for providing an entirely different experience than the other, and making sure that Starbucks kept this frequent flyer as a customer!“

It is absolutely delicious, a growing local Tulsa business and Reberto is a phenomenal owner who has a gift for producing an amazing product and connecting to people. “I come here all the way from where I live and pass a different Starbucks just because the one by me is horrible. This Starbucks makes my drinks great all the time depending on the person at the window. “This Starbucks has *the best* morning crew on week day mornings. I can’t speak for other times because I’m only there in the morning during the work week but they’re always dressed so cute and are happy and kind. I always have a good experience and when I leave I leave feeling happy and ready for my day just based off of my interactions with them. The little changes they make to go above and beyond such as asking “How may I wake you up this morning?” Instead of monotonously asking for your order make a difference that I appreciate.
