Staff here is excellent, well trained and professional. The service is fairly quick, orders are seldom incorrect. The drive through does get congested during lunch and afternoon peak business hours. The lobby is smallish but very comfortable seating and designer furniture have been added.
Amy is the sweetest Starbucks barista I’ve ever encountered. She held a conversation with each client (while working on their order) and was extraordinarily friendly despite being the only employee. She deserves 5 stars, but this location deserves few stars for only having one employee available on a weekday morning with 3-4 people in line at any given time. I had a large order on a busy time of day. The staff was very accommodating and friendly as well. The only complaint I have is they never give receipts, I paid cash and needed this. Had to make a trip back to get it, and then the same friendly guy, didn't seem so friendly.
