Service good and friendly staff, very clean and felt like I was at the beach for a second. They had other food options looked good but didn't try it. My husband order strawberry only he didn't like it. So I asked if they could change it but they couldn't change it without charging it, I wish since it was our first time maybe they would change it for free. So next time make sure you know what you are ordering no mistake it's allowed.
April has marvelous customer service and was patient with me, im 9 months pregnant, indecusive and new in town and allergic to bananas lol…she recommended me the kiwi quencher LOOO VEE ITTT..i also got a caesar salad and quesadilla, i havnt tried the quesadilla yet but the salad was DELIC ????❤️❤️❤️❤️ definitely a client now??????

I really like Tropical smoothie cafe and appreciate the friendly service, consistent quality, and healthy choices. However I don't appreciate this Glenpool location handing me back my credit card in a wireless card reader saying "it will ask you if you want to add a tip" as if it's not them asking it's the machine.
