I got an Açai bowl & it looked great. But was FROZEN TOTALLY SOLID! I asked the lady for a different one & she told me no & said that’s how they r supposed to be. It was solid like an ice cube, not blended frozen. I asked if she could blend if for me & she said no. Won’t be going back here.

TSC never disappoints! Friendly service and delicious wraps. I had the Thai Wrap today. I really like the Kale Apple Slaw. Wash it down with a Mango Magic Smoothie.

I really like Tropical smoothie cafe and appreciate the friendly service, consistent quality, and healthy choices. However I don't appreciate this Glenpool location handing me back my credit card in a wireless card reader saying "it will ask you if you want to add a tip" as if it's not them asking it's the machine. I will never add a tip if I have to be asked. I will occasionally add a dollar to my already $7.50 smoothie and either ask the cashier to add it or preferably hand them cash.

I’ve never had a good experience here. The staff is unprofessional and unwelcoming. One of them proceeded to loudly scoot all the metal chairs in and out of the tables. I worked in a smoothie place too. It’s not hard to pick up a chair that’ll make a horrible noise when to pull it out around customers. The workers in the back made up the entirety of the three stars I’m giving because the smoothies are actually good.

Service good and friendly staff, very clean and felt like I was at the beach for a second. They had other food options looked good but didn't try it. My husband order strawberry only he didn't like it. So I asked if they could change it but they couldn't change it without charging it, I wish since it was our first time maybe they would change it for free. So next time make sure you know what you are ordering no mistake it's allowed.
