I placed an order with GrubHub and there was an issue with my order. GrubHub provided really poor customer service regarding trying to resolve the issue. I decided to call the location myself to find out what happened. The supervisor was awesome. He took the time to investigate the issue and discovered it was a platform issue. The supervisor and the general manager then both went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I am beyond impressed with their efforts. Thank you very much....read full review
