I ordered the jackfruit quesadillas and a PB&J smoothie and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in YEARS. Such good flavors and seasonings, and the customer service was equally amazing! “The only Cuban thing in there it’s the Vampiros en La Habana poster. Place looks nice, service 6/10. If you are Cuban do not order the Cuban coffe or you gonna end up mad like me, please get a Cuban person to teach you how to do coffee.I was like dam a Cuban place yayyy, got there super happy and left with a bad taste. “This is probably my favorite lunch spot in Tulsa when I'm looking for food that leaves me feeling better, not worse. Nothing "chain" about it - just kind folks, quaint deli environment, and fresh and tasty food. “I absolutely love this place. I discovered it about 6 months ago and now I can't get enough. Their teas and their shakes are amazing!!! I also love that you can purchase their teas in premade "dime bags" ? so that I can have a tea after hours or on the weekends when they're closed. The staff is so informative and helpful and will guide you to find the flavor choice that fits you! Additionally, I am a diabetic and I have seen drops in my glucose levels as well as my weight since coming here!“
“This shop has been reopened under new management and seems to be very consistent with the times listed. I haven't had a time where I've shown up to locked doors when they're supposed to be open! My current go-to drink is the bomb pop tea give it a try next time you're visiting!“
“This is a unique restaurant in that they offer a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, elixirs, wellness shots, juices, smoothies, desserts, superfood lattes, as well as plant based meals including breakfast and dinner. Their food is sourced from local farms, and is free from gluten, sugar, soy, table salt, and dairy. They are a plant-based restaurant, but they do offer eggs, chicken, beef, and salmon options as well. They also offer juices and smoothies already bottled to take home. Another unique offering is their Wellness Plans including 3, 5, or 7 day renewal plans where you choose 6 juices and/or smoothies per day; and their 21 day transformation plan which includes meals, juices, and smoothies to enjoy over three weeks. For dinner tonight I had the Lasagna. It was quite tasty, but the lemon in the garlic lemon ricotta was a bit overwhelming. The salad was good, but was bland. My husband had the Jalapeño Mushroom Onion Burger with a Beyond burger patty. He thought it was delicious, and had no complaints. He did agree that the salad was bland. The service was great. There was only us and one other couple eating in the restaurant. Overall we enjoyed our experience and will be back.“

“Very nice server and the food was excellent. I had the pad tai and the sauce was just right. I ordered it at a spicy level 3 out of 10 and it was nice. The spring roll and salad was a nice way to start. The spring roll was crispy and flavorful. The dessert was good too! “I absolutely can not express how in love I am with this place. I'm not normally much of a coffee person because some places are either too sweet, not sweet enough, or their coffee hurts my stomach. This was SOOO good, and it didn't turn my stomach at all. I WILL drive an hour and 30 minutes just for coffee.“

“I really like Tropical smoothie cafe and appreciate the friendly service, consistent quality, and healthy choices. However I don't appreciate this Glenpool location handing me back my credit card in a wireless card reader saying "it will ask you if you want to add a tip" as if it's not them asking it's the machine. I will never add a tip if I have to be asked. I will occasionally add a dollar to my already $7.50 smoothie and either ask the cashier to add it or preferably hand them cash.“
“Donuts different texture which makes them stand OUT AMAZINGLY -Kind man very welcoming, helpful with recommendation's based on what you like, fast it was done in less than 5 mins. Donuts are a tasty texture I recommend the purple one lol forgot the name but very earthy flavor I also got a coconut it was tasty as well. My favorite drink between me and my boyfriends was my brown sugar milk tea very milky so rich taste different textured boba balls -Japanese make differently than Korean but amazing !!! Go there!! Get a combo !!! Picture below already ate purple one lol- Off to golf!!!“
