I came by around 10:30 am today and oh my goodness! I had such an amazing experience at Dutch Bros today! The young lady who helped me provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. She greeted me with a genuine smile, had such a positive attitude, and made me feel truly welcomed. You can tell she takes pride in making each customer’s day a little brighter.
