“This is almost as simple as it can get. Their coffee is satisfying, and their service is quick, they are a bit on the pricier side, but on par and better tasting than Starbucks. Honestly, this chain is taking over from Dunkin as my go to Spot for morning coffee.“
“Last week I finally tried Inheritance, after hearing many great things, and my only wish is that I had gone so much sooner!!! I ordered the jackfruit quesadillas and a PB&J smoothie and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in YEARS. Such good flavors and seasonings, and the customer service was equally amazing! “Do not go there today. I called in my order at 10 till noon it is 1242 I just now got my order. The lady that helped me was rude & acted like their mess up was my fault instead of being apologetic & trying to fix it l. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich the lady that took the order didn’t bother to tell me they didn’t have it so when I got there instead of making it right they just did a fried chicken sand which & put it with my order without asking me. She says they called but I have zero missed calls from them. I told her that wouldn’t work and requested a burger instead as well as my tater tot’s that they had also forgot. Instead of rushing it, mind you 1/2 my order is already ready and she gave it to me to get cold, they put the new item on the end of all the other orders so I had to wait another 40 minutes to get the rest. Downright horrible customer service and didn’t even care half of my food was cold.“
“This is a unique restaurant in that they offer a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, elixirs, wellness shots, juices, smoothies, desserts, superfood lattes, as well as plant based meals including breakfast and dinner. Their food is sourced from local farms, and is free from gluten, sugar, soy, table salt, and dairy. They are a plant-based restaurant, but they do offer eggs, chicken, beef, and salmon options as well. They also offer juices and smoothies already bottled to take home. Another unique offering is their Wellness Plans including 3, 5, or 7 day renewal plans where you choose 6 juices and/or smoothies per day; and their 21 day transformation plan which includes meals, juices, and smoothies to enjoy over three weeks. For dinner tonight I had the Lasagna. It was quite tasty, but the lemon in the garlic lemon ricotta was a bit overwhelming. The salad was good, but was bland. My husband had the Jalapeño Mushroom Onion Burger with a Beyond burger patty. He thought it was delicious, and had no complaints. He did agree that the salad was bland. The service was great. There was only us and one other couple eating in the restaurant. Overall we enjoyed our experience and will be back.“
“I really like Tropical smoothie cafe and appreciate the friendly service, consistent quality, and healthy choices. However I don't appreciate this Glenpool location handing me back my credit card in a wireless card reader saying "it will ask you if you want to add a tip" as if it's not them asking it's the machine. I will never add a tip if I have to be asked. I will occasionally add a dollar to my already $7.50 smoothie and either ask the cashier to add it or preferably hand them cash.“
“Every single time I go to this place it's amazing I really love the vanilla Dutch frost but I really hope they get some down in Georgia so I can have them but other than that they are amazing and I would give them five stars but because they don't have some in Georgia they get four stars oh and the service is good but sometimes they run a little late but that's rare they are always so quick and the ambiance is nice they are always doing something whether that is cleaning or making a drink but they are amazing if Dutch reads this please make some in Georgia I really miss your drinks“
“My girlfriend and I came here to try out the new Sand Springs location. I didn’t remember if we have ever had Tropical Smoothie cafe before. This location was very clean and modern. It’s also in a great location. Our smoothies were both very tasty. I got one with strawberry, pineapple and banana and it was everything I hoped for. My only complaint is that the employees seemed like some young kids who didn’t have very good customer service skills. They didn’t treat us badly or anything, they just seemed unskilled. My girlfriend got a quesadilla and they forgot her salsa she wanted and we had to get up and go ask for it. Overall, not a big deal just some things they need to improve upon and once time goes on I’m sure things will get better. Also I feel like the prices are inflated for what you get. There seems to just be one price and one size of smoothie unless I’m mistaken. It’s a large smoothie but for basically $7 each I just don’t know if it’s the best value. If you have the money and want a great tasting smoothie I would say try this place out for sure.“
