please update your store hours. I ordered on app this evening just before 8. got to store & it was locked. the employee came to door & told me they were closed. I told her I already placed & paid for my order. she then poured them in cups, they were ready. the app says you close at 10, FB says 9, she said close at 8. please fix this to prevent confusion
Suggest you don’t pay until you receive your order. Waited at drive thru after paying and finally left without my food but no smoothie, will not make that mistake again.
Great smoothie place! The smoothies are always fresh and delicious, and the banana peanut butter wrap is seriously one of my favorites! The employees, have always been helpful and kind. I’ve been here several times now and not once have I had a bad experience.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe, a clean and modern restaurant with a convenient location, offers tasty smoothies and flavorful food. The pineapple, strawberry, and banana smoothie is a popular choice, as is the jerk chicken wrap and Baja. The sunrise smoothie has a delightful fruity flavor. However, there have been some issues with customer service, such as unskilled employees and forgotten items. Additionally, some customers feel that the prices are inflated for the portion sizes and supplement add-ins are more expensive than advertised. There have been complaints about employees being loud, fast, and competitive, with some not seeming to care about customer service. Despite these issues, the food and smoothies have been praised for their taste.
