“I'll never be on a low-carb diet so long as this bakery exists. I didn't know exactly how much bread I could fit in the tank before purchasing their weekly special loaf and Halva spread from the shelf. The pistachio Halva spread was flakey and melted on my tounge. The rustic loaf was soft with a hearty, chewy and slightly crispy crust. The flavors together were otherworldly and I couldn't stop. I especially like their conchas because they have that crunchy sugary outside but a fluffy inside. Their marranitos are some of the best I’ve had, packed with flavor and have a smooth texture. They perfectly matched the icing on the cake and swirl on the brownies to the green napkins at the reception.
