“This place is charming AND delicious! 100+ year old house converted to a restaurant and bakery. My Reuben sandwich was excellent, the pastrami was tender. My wife tried the chicken and Swiss lunch special and she wasn't disappointed. Chicken was moist and the sauce had some really nice flavor. There's a small plate on the table when you sit down with cookie samples from the bakery! Excellent marketing move since the cookies are amazing!Definitely recommend!“
“I was born in Bakersfield CA. I spent every summer from the age of 6-18 visiting Mexico with my dad. I say that to preface that I’ve been so several latino bakeries. Having said all of that I can say without a doubt that this one is one of the best. The staff is friendly and they are more than willing to answer any questions. On top of that their bread is incredible. It smells so good when you enter and my gosh for $6 you can literally put yourself into a carb-coma AND IT WOULD BE WORTH IT!! All of their treats, from cookies to conchas, are so good you will come back. I probably visit that place weekly. Oh and they do have regular doughnuts, which my son says are the best he’s ever had. If you want the very best in fresh Latino breads, from bolillos to polvorones, you should check them out. However, if you would rather settle for mediocrity, or live in a dull grey world without flavor or value then by all means do not go there. I have to be honest, once you try them out, nothing will ever add up and you will either come back or be continuously disappointed with every other bakery you ever patronize for the rest of your life.“
“My husband and I ordered our brunch and lunch from Bella Vita today. It was yummy. I got a Sprite, French Toast bowl with fruit, and side of sausage. The hubby got sweet tea, ham and cheese panini, and enchilada soup. The hubby said the soup had a bit of a kick, but it was good. Our door dasher did a great job, getting it to us, she was very sweet. The French Toast did not even need syrup because the fruit made its own. This was our first time ordering from them, through door dash as well. We had a great lunch at home. Thanks, Bella Vita, for a positive experience with receiving delivery from you for the first time out.“
“We love Braums, but this place we were unsatisfied. People were on their cell phones cooking. My Burger was cold, fries were hot. My Hubs Burger we had to return because the burger meat was raw. ? He got a new one. Check your food before you eat it.“
“Yes I would highly recommend the Ft Gibson bakery and cafe for all your needs of cakes and cookies. The decorations of the military cookies I ordered turned out so awesome and the cake for a graduation was so moist. I would actually rate it a 10 star and will definitely order from their again. The prices were excellent as well.“
“Small shop with baked goods, fudge, fruit products and a restaurant. The goods in the shop are bit pricey but the tamales in the restaurant are phenomenal. Both the chicken and pork tamales are excellent. And be sure to get the mango salsa to go with them:“
“One of my favorite donut shops in the area - the only in Fort Gibson, but the donuts are usually pretty fresh. Sometimes they're ab a day old, but I wouldn't guess any more than that. Last I checked they had hiland milk- for anyone who has a favorite brand- that one is mine !! I usually get a maple long-john or glazed bc i'm a plain/picky eater, but I know ppl enjoy everything served- the sausage rolls (honestly I'm not sure if that's the meat or not, but anyways...) are a hit and you can't go wrong with a chocolate / strawberry / old fashioned :)“
“We have eaten here several times while traveling. We have never had a bad meal.It is pure comfort food.Must try the pie, they have many on display. Also the little store is nice to walk through, it has some hand made things from the locals. The restaurant is run by local Amish. There are instrumental hymns playing overhead as you eat.Overall always a pleasure to eat a meal here.“
