I also had the best fresh brewed iced tea I’ve had in a long time. The service was quick and very friendly. We ended up working on our computers for about an hour after lunch, and the environment was just delightful and uplifting. I will be coming back here next time. I am in town.“

The bar may be low from "other" coffee shops, but they created a new bar and exceeded it. “Every time I go the staff welcomes me and makes me feel like family. They all know me and talk to me even when it’s freezing outside! This location has the best staff and people and I don’t think I could visit another Dutch Bros. I was driving all the way to collinsville and never got the level of service I get from this staff. What can we say about what has already been said, that on-site consumption should pay greater attention to the waste of plastic, as the oceans are full of it, and of paper which is starting to run out of trees. It is for those who drink an espresso on the spot in a ceramic cup it has a different taste. I think it would raise the quality a lot“

“The coffee is already very expensive here. I don't like how the employees shove the credit card machine in your face and want you to touch it so they can get a tip. The tip amounts are like 15 20 and 25% which is ridiculous I guess I might wouldn't mind using it if one I got good service here. The service is never good here. I don't tip of the drive-thru because there's no point in no interaction with the employees other than them trying to speed you out of the drive-thru and get the next customers tip. I don't like feeling obligated to tip them when they have not done any service for me other than hand me my coffee which I paid for. Also if you are going to make customers touch that nasty keypad it would be a good idea to clean it off every now and then.“

“My compliments to David and John at the Woodland location in Tulsa! There was a small issue with my order. When I called David answered the phone, he was kind, professional and patient. David followed up and was very respectful and relatable. I am happy to say the issue was corrected promptly and I will continue to enjoy their awesome selection of delicious Teas. Their coconut tea and pink lemonade are my family’s favorites if you’re looking for recommendations.“

I went in to pick up an order, and in having a busy morning I had to wait for it to be finished.
