I visited this location on 3/12 and accidentally forgot to include a drink when placing my order (my mistake, of course). When I reached the window, I politely apologized and asked if it would be possible to add a drink.
The employee responded with, “Your order is actively in my hands,” in a noticeably rude and snarky tone. I completely understand if adding to the order wasn’t possible at that point but that’s not the issue. The issue was the unnecessary attitude.

I've been coming here since opening day and the customer service blows me away still. The $$ is way better than other coffee places!! I love the special events they often have. It's always a happy place to come to! Love my broista fam here at broken arrow!
