The staff at this Starbucks is super kind, but since COVID, I think they have reduced their staff which is understandable, but it has derailed their service. It takes at least 30 minutes to get through the line and drinks are often melted and watered-down by the time you get them. They need to hire and train more people. I'm always up-and-down on Starbucks because it either their political positions or their coffee prices or something else always seems to be making the news and stirring up controversy and they seem to thrive on it much like target and therefore I'm middle of the road and can find other coffee at other places I like just as much for less money without the controversy and I don't have to feel like I'm contributing to their belligerent nature
