Twice in a row the girl at the counter is just really terrible. First visit, I asked for a "pink cake pop on the right" the girl pretended like she didn't understand, so I said it one more time "pink cake pop on the very right", she says "oh, that's actually left"...???? cmon, it's not like you guys have 10 different types of cake pop, and second, the display is facing the customer, so it's the right side from the customer perspective...why did she feel like correcting me? Even though I was very clear??? ok, maybe she is having a bad day, so it's whatever.Then on second visit on 2/29 around 10:30 AM, I asked for a pink cake pop for my daughter, same girl at the counter pretended like she couldn't hear me AGAIN, I said it twice. Then without saying a word and looking at me straight in the eye, she rang me up. End of transaction. she didn't say anything, no "thank you", no "have a great day" or nothing, not even a single word.Reading the other reviews, I bet it's that same girl lol.How are you guys choosing people like this for a customer service position?? It's amazing people like this can get a job. I hate going to this target/starbucks because of this girl.

This was on Friday, February 16th around 1:30pm. I tried to get a coffee on my way out of the Target. I walked up to the counter, and no one said a word to me. The person behind the counter was making a drink, but most of her attention was focused on chatting with her fellow coworker on the other side of the counter. Another woman was waiting nearby and said she had been waiting for half an hour for her drinks. I waited for some time and still no one said a word to me. The other person behind the counter ignored me as well and proceeded to remove her apron and sit on the floor, leaning against the wall. She said something about "having 10 minutes left". I finally spoke up and asked if the register was closed. The person making the drinks "no, but she could not help me because she was making the drinks and she was alone". I told her that she could have at least acknowledged me and said she'd be with me in a moment. She claimed she hadn't seen me. Perhaps if she was more interested in doing her job instead of chatting up her coworker she would have noticed me and the other lady would not have had to wait more than half an hour. She was still waiting when I gave up and left. This was absolutely horrid customer service. I'm kind of dumbfounded.

Stood there for a good bit of time waiting for the girl to finish up a drink and then clean up before she helped me when no one was behind me only to be told they were out of what I was ordering. Would have been nice to have been told before instead of wasting my time. She could have gotten all her stuff done after helping me . Extremely frustrating to waste time this way

This place needs better management it seems they are always I mean always out of things it's either a syrup or a pump or almond milk this place is a complete waste of my time I don't usually leave bad reviews but this is my 4th time waiting on drive thru to be told we are out it's sad how hard is it to order enough... you would think it would keep up

I am so dissappointed that I no longer can afford Starbucks. My drink was $7+ and frankly, this is unacceptable. My drink is not that extravagant either. They also tell me since I like Peppermint Mocha, this is a special holiday drink & costs more? I drink it throughout the year so the price should not change. I was having a hard time with my drink being over $6 and now that it's over $7, my business will be taken elsewhere! Bye - Bye Starbucks!

I went to this place yesterday really bad experience the girl behind the counter was so rude. My native language is Spanish so she said that I should order in Spanish because my English isn't so good and than she asked me for my name I gave her 3 different names because apparently nobody will know how to pronounce my name.So disappointed to make it worse she know how to speak Spanish.

This Starbucks has bad customer service always. On my birthday- I used the app to order because the line was so long but forgot to hit redeem birthday reward. Realizing my mistake, I asked Judith if she could apply it or refund me and then run the reward instead. She said "no I won't help you" and I proceeded to drink the crappy 6 dollar coffee that she made poorly that should have been free.

The drinks are always made correctly. They've got free wifi and a nice area for indoor and outdoor seating.
