This place is amazing. And all the ladies that work in there are so nice and friendly. I came in today with my 9 year old neice. (I left my sister in the car with her other baby lol) It was our first time being there and we were all REALLY unsure of what we would like. We ordered 3 different drinks. And of course my luck my neice was not a fan of hers while we were inside. The women at the counter overheard her and were so nice and volunteered to remake something else for her....read full review
Very tasty chi teas, the seasonal ones are worth checking out, many options to choose from (something for everyone) and limited snacks options, I like that they use local small business (cookies, muffins, cake pops, pretzels, freeze dried candy)Kid-friendliness: Serves bobaWheelchair accessibility: Also has drive thru option

Mary and Danny were very friendly! Mary had great customer service and went above and beyond to help us. This was my first time trying out this Owasso location.I personally liked it better than the Rose District one. Especially when it comes to my experience with the helpful employees. The second you walk in you are greeted and helped. You really need that in this type of an establishment because there are so many choices and variants of tea, and it can be a bit overwhelming....read full review
