First off the Owasso locations run out of everything constantly. Which wouldn’t be so frustrating except that once your in the drive through line you’re in it. There’s no exit. So if you pulled through for a specific thing then your trapped waiting for nothing if they are out of it. Constantly a huge wait, not enough people working, I always feel bad for them. The baristas are the livelihood of this franchise, ensuring customers leave happy no matter what kind of day they have endured. One customer spilt their entire XL strawberry lemonade after leaving the drive thru, and an employee remade the drink. Another mistake on an order was met with kind and patient employees who even giggled about it. The coffee is always good, and the protein latte is super good. The store is tiny but well organized, with clean restrooms and a huge parking lot. However, there are too few tables, not enough windows, and more light inside would be much better. They also have cinnamon.
