The worse customer service ever we been sitting here for more than 20 mins and still don’t get our 2 drinks… one girl working only… the other in the drive through and the 3rd one standing just looking at them work . Wow this place is so bad at customer service. Plus the register one lady with a bad attitude

Used to get espresso all the time and it was very rare it was wrong. Now I get coffee and although I order it the same every single time I get a completely different drink each time. Today although there was no line or anyone else in drive thru and I only ordered one drink they handed me a drink that was spilling all over and burning me and so I get home it’s all over me all over my car I make it into the house and carefully open it to realize this thing was so over full!! They seriously didn’t care and served it to me like this?! Will be going to Dunkin’!

Having a dairy allergy shouldn't mean you get half your order I asked for no whip cream not only barely half a cup for freaking 8 dollars!!!!Vegetarian options: Very poor

This location is the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. Bathrooms are disgusting, tables haven’t been wiped down, floors haven’t been swept in days and the garbages are overflowing. This is not a result of a busy day, as it is 10:30 a.m. on a Sunday, but rather a result of poor management. And when the employee was alerted of poor bathroom conditions, they asked how so.

Coffee is good, real good. Just make sure you're absolutely not in any kind of hurry or have anything else to do at all. They are so slow it's not even funny. I have never gotten coffee from Starbucks in less than 30-45 min. I mean it's a cup of coffee, 30 min is out of hand in a big way.

Shameful...I asked for a greentea lemon and honey. I have a sore throat. I always tip!As I waited 15 minutes they put up a green iced tea!She said they don't have hot tea...really? Since when? And why was that not told to me?I just left and now I am pissed what a waste of my time and money. Won't be back!

Drive thru customer service is terrible! The lady was very rude. I will definitely start going across the street to Target Starbucks. This is ridiculous!
Just left here, highly disappointed in the "good customer service" everyone seems to say they have, I placed a mobile order, 2/3 of my things were ready when I got there, the last drink .. I sat for 20+ mins in front of the mobile counter, not once did anyone ask "did I need anything, was I missing anything" just continued working, (mind you I'm the only customer physically in the store) felt completely ignored; anyhow long story short, never got my drink (wasn't explained what happened to said drink), just offered to make It now or a refund. Took the refund, cause at this point... Anyhow .. Starbucks owasso .. do better.

Rarely go to Starbucks, but grabbed a cup of blonde coffee this morning. It was just above room temp when I drank it. Phone number keeps responding busy. Nice service, bad basic coffee.
